Review: Had a bad experience without even walking into the building, telephone ethics horrible and unprofessionally handled my situation. The person answering the phone by the name of "Loretta" advised me it was after 5pm, mind you the time was actually 445pm, signage does indicate the time to close, door was locked with open sign visible.
