Review: If I could give zero stars, I would. Either never answers the phone, and when he does, he has no idea the status of your case, and has to call you back...& then never calls you back. Never knows where your file is...thereby delaying your case (whatever it might’ve been). His assistant is quite helpful and responsive, however.
