Review: Having more than 35 year's experience, Mr. Preston still managed to do a piss-poor job handling my case. Didn't follow through basic requirements representing me and wasted my time by failing to file the necessary motions for months after saying he would do it "next week".
My opinion is that if you have a simple filing he is cheap and cheap works because he will get your job done fast (IMO - probably so he can collect the check). But if your case requires effort, then he is a great liawyer.<... Read More
