I would definitely highly recommend Aaron Sachs, they helped me with my wreck from 2018 and they handled everything; from contacting the medical providers, to the insurance and all of the lengthy paperwork and phone calls.
I was completely satisfied with all the help Mandie provided for me and Devon provided for me as well.

I was in an accident March 2018, my husband contacted the law firm the next day and they had someone at our house the same day. The paralegal that I was assigned was Mandie, and she was the most patient, kind person to me. She answered all of my emails and phone calls promptly. Devin was the attorney assigned to my case and the few times he called he was very polite and informative. It took almost a year to settle but we finally did. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great staff!! They really care about their clients. Even though it took over two years for my case to be resolved they kept me in the loop about what was going on and they were never too busy to talk to me. They walked me through everything and made sure I knew what was going on and understood what everything meant. I had Devon and Traci on my team to help me fight a case. It was a process for sure at the beginning. I had a different paralegal and I felt like I was always annoying them because I wanted it to be wrapped up. She never informed me and during the year process with her I talked to her 4 times (by both phone and email). When I switched to Traci, it was a breeze from there. She always checked in on me and made sure she had not forgotten about the case. She then would give me an update or where we still stood. She was prompt in getting back to me on emails and phone calls. I now live out of state and she was always great about getting papers to me so I could sign and have them in the mail to her as soon as possible. Traci did handle most of the communication aspect but Devon was also very helpful! He would always call when big things happened and when asked, would share his professional advice.
It was a process. It took 2 1/2 years, that’s why four stars, but we did switch some things and timelines got pushed back for that reason. If I would of had my ending team from the beginning I can assure you it would of been quicker. Thank you both so much for all your help!!

I like Aaron Sachs but sometimes when you give suggestions they don't want to hear it they want to do it their way and sometimes when you do it that way then you start missing people that can come forward and tell what happened but other than that yeah they're all right but if you're in a car accident make sure you ask him what the other ensure that you what their policy is

Don’t be fooled by the commercials.

Long but please read: If you don’t have a quick, clear cut, money making case they will not consider your case. Instead of taking your case and really trying to help the client they will only tell you “well this is going to cost you much more than you’re going to make and it’s your word against the insurance and you’ll probably get maybe 5 grand and you’ll owe us at least half that if the doctor says this then there’s really nothing we can do ”. Which yes some for that might be true but after my spouse and myself talked with the insurance company we were able to negotiate and get compensated and we were able to resolve this nightmare we’ve been living, without a lawyer- so actually thank you. They are nice and will talk to you but like I said if it’s not a quick money making case for them they’re not going to waste their time with you. Sometimes car accident cases are not clear cut and a person doesn’t have extensive injuries but have suffered great loss and that’s why they seek a lawyer for compensation for their loss when the insurance company doesn’t care. That’s were the law office comes in and does research and negotiations to help the victims. This law office clearly did not want put in the work to do the intense digging, long hours researching, phone calls, letters, emails and back and forth negotiating me and my spouse had to do but we did it and won, when this law office and another law office told us we wouldn’t get any money from the insurance! I’m giving this place two stars instead of one(I wish I could give them 1 1/2 stars) because they were prompt in speaking with us, are very friendly and sympathetic to our issue but they weren’t eager to help us because things weren’t easy and clear for them.

Very nice when talking to them however it's been almost two years and I keep getting the run around. Got a call about two months ago saying they would have some numbers for us of what we would get in pocket then a month later they call to inform me they are so busy they haven't gotten anything done. My family and I feel like they are treating us like another number at the dmv. Would not recommend these guys to anyone as their fees are ridiculous and the amount of time they take to get nothing done.

I never had a problem with the firm,they treated me very well. I received a good settlement, and would use them again. The negative reviews are not true!

Unless you are injured they have no time to talk to you. I always liked all the work Aaron did for the community, but after a couple of calls for legal advice I doubt the integrity of this firm.

Aaron Sachs never made any input in my case I dealt with a paralegal named Traci that had little to no experience and a rarely spoke with my attorney. The money I did receive was less than what I wanted. But the main issue is that my paralegal and attorney did not do enough due diligence. Their was an old lien on my case that we had actually already paid off but my attorney and paralegal did not attempt to verify or look into it far enough so we paid the lien again. When I asked my paralegal Traci to make an attempt to get the money back she told me that the attorney on the case feels it is out of the scope of the representation and I could file a claim against them on my own. What an awful experience. I would avoid this firm at all cost.

Horrible experience. For a simple auto injury claim took them 15 months to get a tiny settlement which they took 50 % of after added unknown "fees". There was NEVER any progress after months of waiting several times until I'd call them to see what was the hold up. They did bare minimum, if that. Terrible.

Aaron sachs is trash. They don't care about you, they care about money. They literally got paid more than I did and I'm the one with a broken femur. Except you can't do it without an attorney. You take advantage of people. Literally paid them $9000 to sit there and fill out a few forms to get easy cash while I walk away with less. To hell with Aaron sachs. Go for the one in West Plains. Roy Williams.

They are a great group. Atty. Sachs's law firm is the best!

They seem to draaaaggggggggg out the cases even after paperwork is signed, they come up with more, then another reason for the hold up, then more paperwork..my guess is the longer they take, the more of the $$ they take.. I don't know but 2 months shy of 2 years?? Come on..

Waste your time wanting answers to tons of questions just to not answer any questions you have and tell you they won’t help you with your case. Wouldn’t recommend em to any one.

Had an accident and they did a decent job. They can be a little misleading and you have to be firm with them.

My husband was mowing his mother's yard and got hit from behind. They originally told him he was going to get more and then like the other reviews on here say kept calling with a "final" low ball offer. He did get his medical paid bc of his insurance (ur settlement is based off of the medical amount and his insurance covered most of it so that amt 'didn't count ') but ya we got a mug, pizza cutter, & a blanket like brad Bradshaw says it surely costed us about $10,000.

My bills are taken care of, but I do not know if I would do this again. Thankfully myself and my daughter were not badly injured, BUT unless the victims are, the insurance companies push people such as us aside and get out as cheap as possible. I was aware of the attorney fee, but it is steep when the settlement is not very large. Staff was nice and helpful.

Wonderful staff, did a great job on our case. Would highly recommend.
