My review is concerning BILL WIELAND, ESQ. and his performance of duty as my attorney.

HE HAS BEEN MY ATTORNEY FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HIS PERFORMANCE. I FOUND HIM TO BE PLEASANT AND EASY TO WORK WITH. HE ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS WITHIN A TIMELY MANNES AND GIVES ME ADVICE THAT ALLOWS ME TO MAKE DECISIONS CONCERNING MY ISSUES. HE SPEAKS TO ME PERSON TO PERSON, NOT LIKE AN ATTORNEY SPEAKING TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS NOTHING OR VERY LITTLE. THIS RESPECT MAKES IT VERY EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH HIM ON DIFFICULT LEGAL MATTERS. HIS APPROACH EVEN TOWARDS DIFFICULT MATTERS IS CALM AND WITHOUT UNEEDED STRESS OR PRESSURE ON ME AS HIS CLIENT. WHEN I NEEDED SOMETHING DONE OVERNIGHT AND IMMEDIATELY, BILL MADE IT HAPPEN. HE GOT THE PAPERWORK I NEEDED SIGNED BY THE JUDGE AND CIRCUIT COURT CLERK IN ONE DAY AND OVERNIGHTED IT TO ME IN WEST VIRGINIA THE SAME DAY. THIS SAVED ME VALUABLE TIME AND RESOURCES IN WEST VIRGINIA. THIS IS THE TYPE OF TEAMWORK EVERY CLIENT AND ATTORNEY SHOULD HAVE. I WILL CONTINUE TO UTILIZE BILL AND BOGIN, MUNNS & MUNNS IN MY FUTURE LEGAL MATTERS. IN FACT, IT IS MY DESIRE THAT, IF HE WOULD ACCEPT I WOULD HAVE HIM HANDLE MY TRUST & ESTATE IN THE EXCELLENT MANNER HE IS HANDLING MY MOTHER'S. SO, IN CLOSING, THANK YOU ATTORNEY WIELAND FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING WORK ON MY MOTHER'S ESTATE DURING THIS MOST DIFFICULT TIME FOR ME. I CONSIDER YOU, NOT ONLY MY ATTORNEY, BUT ALSO MY FRIEND.

Disappointed with the firm. I expected more for my $250. My issue was a real estate issue and not an accident issue. It seems like unless it's a slip and fall or auto accident no one wants to take your case.
I have a real issue and was taken advantage of by real estate agents. I still cannot move in to the place I bought and a neighbor has blocked off the easements right of way. Even the mailman can't deliver the mail and the county refuses to fix the roads or get involved with removing the fence and gate blocking the easement. Now isn't that a kick in the head, that my case just wasn't worth their time.

I have received EXCELLENT service from BMM in handling my case. The local office in Melbourne has provided professional representation and consultation with my truck accident. Whenever I had any questions, most were handled with a phone call. If an appointment was needed, it was promptly scheduled. It took a while for my case to settle, but, the time was WELL worth the wait. This was my first experience dealing with an auto negligence case and my Attorney - John Watson and his Paralegal Sonia Torres provided EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE handling all the details that would drown a layman. Remember this - DO NOT try to handle legal matters on your own. You have ONE chance to get it right and BMM got it damn right :-)

After reaching out online I was called back quite quickly. However the attorney was out of the office on vacation and I was told he would be back on Monday. Come Wednesday I still did not have a call back so I reached out to the firm. No one could recall who I was. Finally got Gary back on the phone and he was quite short with me and told me once he (the atty) reviews it they will get back with me. Almost 2 full weeks since I Initially reaches out I gat a call that says we can’t take the case. I proceeded to ask the same question that I initially asked regarding a specific law and still have not gotten an answer. The phone calls I had with Gary were not helpful at all. I have already reached out to another attorney and hopefully will not get the same mundane responses.

Waste of $250 for them to look over my info. Seemed like the guy was already on the the opposing side. Didnt review most of my paperwork. Left pissed because of the realization that Ive wasted money for nothing. Not helpful.
