Very caring and compassionate!

Phil has helped us out on several occasions with the adoption of our son, Wills, Power of Attorney documents and other legal advice. He has always been thoroughly professional and wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and honest and I would recommend him to anyone and have on many occasions.

Mr. Milligan is an extremely knowledgeable attorney and thorough in his practice. If there is a question that he doesn’t know the answer to, he is very honest and upfront about it. However, he will follow through and find the answer. Dealing w a probate issue he was great!

His receptionist was rude, short and I never did get to speak to mr Milligan. I was, however, told that he was running for judge, and would not be able to dedicate the time to my case that was needed, which I appreciated. I would not be able to cast my vote for him.

I found Attorney Phillip Milligan to be knowledgable, factual and straight to the point. He's not the kind of attorney who sugar coats things. Took charge when needed, but also adhered to my requests when negotiating. His staff is personable, professional, and responds quickly to calls and emails.
