My rating is based on my first impression...dont want to put cart before horse but i was very pleased with the consultation.**Follow up** I do not recommend this law firm for people seeking dedicated attorneys who will perform basic services. After one year I can honestly say that communication between client and attorney is not a strong point. Jael Franks was given my case and wanted to settle immediately. Initially he encouraged me to settle for an unreasonably low sum which I rejected. He did no research and was unfamiliar with the details of my case. The only time I saw him was at court where he again encouraged a settlement. He had no facts or knowledge about my case and appeared completely disinterested in representing me. I felt abandoned and without hope regarding my case. I settled and was assured I would receive my check in 1 week but it never came. I am still waiting. There are other attorneys and I suggest going elsewhere for legal representation.

Very good Law Firm. They always keep in touch with you and let you know what the status of your case is. Have used them twice with very satisfied results.

Not very helpful, I was terminated for saying "I rather girls not be in the army because I dont want them to die". People have said many things in the work place. I sent frank 4-5 PDF documents with information proving unlawfulness in the work place and unethical decision. He emailed me saying 1st amendment is in my defense. Next day I gave him a call and first thing he said is "Theres no case" "In Oklahoma company's can fire you for almost any reason and get away with it". Also he does not really know anything about technology. The first email I sent to him, he said he did not receive it but it was sent. I had to email him to make sure he received the email a week later and he said he did not get the information please send it again.

I used Frank Frasier for my disability after being told No several times by social security, it came down to a video or actual trial I consulted with Mr Frasier who said let’s go to trial; Which we did and WON the first time. Frank will take your call every time if he is in and will always call you back the same day. He is very easy to talk to and doesn’t lead you on but tells you what he thinks. I appreciate all his hard work and having my best interest at heart.

I went to Frasier Frasier & Hickman for social security disability questions! I was greeted friendly and I was treated with respect and dignity I was amazed at how an attorney's office could be that nice! They gave me good sound advice and I went on my way. After roughly a year later social security accepted my application I'm now receiving social security disability without an attorney! This is the kind of attorney I was always told was out there and now I believe it! If you need Good attorneys and good office personnel then see Frasier Frasier & Hickman you won't be disappointed, as a veteran of these United States I recommend them to all veterans they care and they're concerned about your well-being rather you are a veteran or not!
