When the day came, we didn’t know what the future would hold. Not only did Jon stand up for my son, but he stood up for all people that day that have the system trying to make good people look like monsters. Jon Kail is a man of his word. He’s honest and fights for his clients. There are good and not so good people in this world... Jon saw the good in my son, he fought hard for him, and not only did we win, but it was better than what we were asking! We are forever greatful to him and Angie for fighting for what was right. Have no doubt, Jon Kail will fight for you. He’s a brilliant attorney, honest and fair! We are forever greatful for him! I pay God blesses him, his practice and his family! Thank you Jon Kail!!

* Update: I couldn't find a way to leave a second review on here so I'm adding to an old review that I've posted. I must say that I've used Mr. Kail twice now and have never, ever had such a good experience with a lawyer. He is outright amazing at what he does on top of being very kind and respectful. There is absolutely no way possible that I could have received the judgement that I did without him. If I were able, I'd give him more stars. 100% would recommend to anyone needing help. He is the best at what he does and could not possibly be happier! Thank you Mr. Kail and staff for your hard work
Sincerely,
Chris M.
I then spoke personally with Kail. I wanted to know how come he did not once meet with my brother to discuss the possible outcomes. John Kail stated that "I do not have time to chase down all of my clients...". Last I checked John Kail was not a public defender. He was/is a personal attorney. He was hired for 2000 dollars. 2000 dollars my brother did not have, so had to make payments.
When asked why he called a continuance in court for 7 months, he stated he does not like to close a case until "I get paid".
This experience is less about the outcome and more about the service provided. Better stated, lack of service, lack of information, lack of time, lack of effort, and lack of care.
If you choose to hire John Kail, keep this in mind:
1. Be prepared to pay him at once to get a timely outcome.
2. Be educated on your case and what the law is.
3. Do not assume he is going to inform you of any major decisions having to do with your case.
4. Seek him out, stay on top of your case, ask for details.
5. Do not assume he is working to get the best outcome possible.
It would have been helpful for John Kail to inform his client that he would need to be the one to ask questions because Kail would not voluntarily provide any information without being asked. Hindsight is always 20/20. I felt this information needed to be shared to help others avoid this same experience.
The most recent was..I trusted him with my son's case(2017). BEST CHOICE EVER!
With an unusual circumstance (felony charge) John went the extra mile to work hand n hand with a bail bondsman, hospital and judge to help my son!
End result...CHARGES DROPPED. SUCCESS AGAIN!!!
Please feel free to contact me through face book messenger anytime. I would be glad to share our experiences and success.
Thank you John and Angie for helping the community. You are truly helping us get a second chance at life!
