Terrible Service, I Will Never Recommend.

Please allow me to explain. I suffered a terrible accident last May caused by someone else's negligence that put me in the ICU and required surgery. After searching for a good attorney, I chose to be represented by Gabe who said so many nice things that made me trust him, but he never came through on anything and didn't even have the decency to answer my calls or return my messages.

I believe I managed to speak with him exactly twice in 8 months. And yet somehow I gave him the benefit of the doubt and continued to trust him.

I am so upset that I wasted 8 months with such a TERRIBLE lawyer and law firm. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and it leaves me feeling so frustrated and annoyed because I held this office in high regard and I expected so much better from them.

Let me explain and tell you how bad they are. The Insurance company knew before I did that Gabe from Bogun Munns & Munns was no longer going to represent me. Oh yes, I have a letter dated Dec 21 from the Insurance stating that "we have been informed by your attorney that he is not representing you" ...want to know when I finally heard back from BM&M?? TODAY JANUARY 16th...EXACTLY 26 DAYS AFTER THEY HAD MADE THE DECISION AND TOLD EVERYONE ELSE. Incredible but true...**26 DAYS LATER** !!

Today by certified letter in the most impersonal way possible I was informed that Bogun Munns & Munns was "regrettably withdrawing from your case and you will have to retain another attorney"

The worst part is that I wasn't even worth a phone call to them. Shame on them

Called In asking for help with a contract. Asked for a lawyer that could sit down with me and go through my contract before I sign it. Keep in mind I am coming form another Lender and Realtor. All I wanted was them to sit down for an hour or so and help me understand the contract better. They transfered me multiple times, and once I actually got someone to speak to the lady was rude and unprofessional. They insisted on knowing who the seller and lender were before even giving me any price or quote for the service. Once I explained to her that I wanted to keep my information private until I decided weather or not I wanted the service, they lady simply hung up on my face. How is this business rated 5 star on google? Are these reviews even real? This really got me upset, as I was not seeking for any free service. I am a paying client looking for a service.
