Wanted to add to my review from six years ago. I Have used Dan a few times since always with the same results. He is top notch. As a small bussiness owner it's nice to know I have someone so knowledgeable on my side. One big change since my last review is he brought in a partner. BEWARE-NOT FOR VETERANS or WOMEN- I am a service disabled veteran. My husband and I used this attorney for legal services on personal and business matters. My husband owns a small contracting business and from time to time needs demand letters for collections and sometimes needs legal representation to file mechanics liens.
This firm has zero issue burning threw retainers without providing actual results. BEWARE- when you need them most they will drop your cases if you stand up for yourself and voice concern -
