Do not waste your time and money this guy is horrible. My husband was assigned this attorney through TVC. He has done absolutely nothing. No calls, no follow up just nothing and nothing. After the court dates we were told he would call to go over the case. TVC obiviouly dont screen the attorneys they contract with. He should have his license revoked. When we reached out to TVC and after they reached out to him, he decided to call and let the phone ring one time and hung up. So we called back and he picked up the phone then hung it up again. So we tried calling several times and he forwarded the calls. We have yet to talk to him. He told TVC he emailed paperwork which is a bold face lie. We were told there is a deal in place yesterday which was 11/29/18 that needed to be accepted by tomorrow 11/30/18. And I'm not even going to go into the "deal" he claims is there (which makes absolutely no since at all). How does a traffic ticket turn into a gun handling charge. I will let yall do the math. Even if we were stupid enough to take the deal, no one can get in contact with him for the paperwork. For all we know he may not have even appeared in court. This guy is a joke and really needs his license revoked. Brendan you alt to be ashamed of yourself scamming people with your false services. I wish I could give you zero stars. Shm.

He charged me for documentation he sent me AFTER I stated I wanted a refund and I no longer wanted his services. He then charged me for all my emails, including the emails I sent requesting the status of my refund, which was 60% of the emails I sent him. He went on two vacations out of the 4 months he was my lawyer. He never had to file my petition for divorce, he didn’t waste any time or money on my case, but finds it morally right to charge me 2200 for doing absolutely nothing. Save your time and money and find a different lawyer. He’ll use your retainer on his vacations instead of your case.

He had a family event and took care of everything. I'm happy with outlook.

Brandon is the worst attorney i have ever had to deal with in my entire life. He took my money and never renturned my call. Not even once! I had to seek new legal representation. I still have yet to receive my money or a call. If you are smart...you WILL NOT want this man on your team.

Brendan and Dana know their stuff! They are very busy so can be hard to reach at times but they will work hard to make sure you're not done wrong. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to law!
I won't use anyone else!

Awesome in the court room. Honest and trust worthy. He has faced goliath head on and isn't afraid to take on the big guys. He certainly won't give in to bullies. A true American and Defender of free speech. He really does stand up for his clients and he does not back down. He has accomplished more in a few months than my previous attorneys did in two years.

Poor communication on my minor child's case. Hasn't returned a call to me in over a month. Ive asked repeatedly for communication with none. Find someone who will actually fight for you.

Most helpful professional. Gave us clear options and guidance during a difficult situation. I can not recommend Brendan and his team more.
