Whitfield Hyman was very helpful to me for little to no gain on his part. He was very easy to get ahold of whenever I needed him. If he didn't answer right away, he got back to me within the hour. Also, I tried reaching out to him in a horrible time crunch, when I was sure I wouldn't be able to get ahold of him. However, he answered and gladly took the time to explain things to me numerous times. He showed great patients with me even though I was being repetitive.
