Communication with this office is deplorable. I was dealing with a case for a year before I ever even met Bob & the only reason was he wanted more $$$, I said I wouldn't give them another dime without meeting Bob. I would NEVER recommend this attorney for any purpose.

Bob is a great guy and goes out of his way to help people. I was a single mom of 2 and going to school the first time I met Bob.

I had got a ticket for speeding and on my court date i went to the Municipal court house; just assuming that is where i needed to go....Well I was wrong. This was a Circuit Court ticket because it was from a Hwy Patrol. I missed my court hearing that morning bc I was at the wrong court house and now had a warrant! I had Never been to the Circuit Court, so there i am with 2 small kids in toe, and not a Judge left on the bench. I didn't know what to do!

I am setting on a bench on the 3rd floor of the court house not sure what to do..Mr McGee was the only one walking down the hall and was nice enough to stop and ask me if i needed some help. I told him my situation and he told me to wait just a minuet. This man went back into the Judge's Chambers and pulled a judge out onto the bench. Pulled me and my kiddo's into the court room and got my warrant withdrawn and got me a new court date. He WAS NOT EVEN MY ATTORNEY! Now I have been working as a paralegal for about 8-9 years now. Bob McGee was the 1st person I called to do an internship with and I worked for him for free for about 6-9 months and in turn he gave me my 1st Job! I LOVE this man and His Wife Paula! You could not ask for a more down to earth person at all. He will fight for you and has been walking that 3rd floor of Greene Co. many years....Just PAY YOUR BIll. Love you McGee's and Jen!

Worst experience and only experience with an attorney..he kept tellibg me one thing and then would act like he did not know what i was talking about.. Went to court for over a year and last court date told me he could not help me unless i came up with another 1000.00. Resigned himself from my case said i should get a public defender and kept the $$$$. I had already paid him. HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME. Do not hire this attorney.

My husband got into some trouble and I hired McGee, first 2 court hearing I wasn't happy with him at all. Felt I was wasting my time/money hiring him.. But the end result was great. He did what he said he would do from day one, so I had to apologize to him for not believing in him!! He's a great guy I was just impatient

Bob is a wonderful attorney. He is very knowledgeable and highly experienced. He fights for his clients and provides exceptional service and legal advice. He is very accessible and willing to meet his clients and work with their schedules...even meeting clients into the evening time. All you have to do is call his office and schedule an appointment and he will meet with you and answer any questions! In my experience, not a lot of attorneys will meet their clients this often. I would highly recommend him!! He will go above and beyond to help you. I have referred many of my friends to him and they all rave about him. His staff is very helpful too!

The best attorney! He was very knowledgeable about the laws.

Bankruptcy is one of Mr. McGee's specialties and appreciates his hundreds of clients. He actually is the most honest attorney there is. He is very lucky to have a great clientele. Mr. McGee has been in business since 1986. He does not have to advertise because his repeat business is what he relies on. He continues to have new business daily and works for the best possible outcome for each of his clients. Every once in a while you have a client that does not do what they have been advised to do, fails to provide documents as requested, fails to update you on their address and phone number and then are not happy when they don't get the result they expect.

HORRIBLE attorney! He is literally the Chevy Chase of attorneys and seems to have no idea what he is doing. Never returned any of my calls the entire year I had to have him. He intentionally scheduled my court date 3 days before Christmas claiming it would help my case with "holiday cheer" in the court. Well the judge sentenced me to spend time in jail when Bob told me Multiple times I wouldn't have to serve any jail time so I almost missed the holidays with my family so that was also frustrating. I'm almost certain that he hurt my case because he decided to present an argument to the judge over a fact I had small talk with him briefly while we were waiting for the judge to finish looking over papers from the previous person before me so he was literally unprepared. He also didn't tell the right story to the judge at all from what I had discussed with Mcgee(from what little I actually got to talk to him about). After having McGee's representation for myself it all makes sense to me now why his office is next door to a hair salon. I probably would've had a better chance representing myself honestly and saved $1,000 on top of that or at least had that $1,000 to go towards my fees instead.

DO NOT hire this guy. He did my bankruptcy in 2012. Failed to remove liens. I had to reopen my bankruptcy in 2016 which I had to pay for. It took him multiple times because he forgot to file more paperwork. He may be cheap but you get what you pay for. Hiring this guy was a nightmare. They do not answer or return phone calls, his secretary is rude and he's an incompetent liar.

Wow... where do I begin? I'm being very nice, by giving '1 star'. Our interactions with Bob McGee and his law office was the most miserable, stressful, waste of money & time experience I've ever had. I'll save him the embarrassment and won't go into detail of our experience. But, my advice- DO NOT use him for a bankruptcy case.

Lies in court and gets away with it he needs to be disbarred!

I would never use this guy. He will never return phone calls. Got me two judgments when hired him to fight against the collector. Had to hire a different attorney to get it cleared up. DO NOT USE. Money spent better some were else. Promises things then does not follow through.
