All I can say is the Gal answering the phones is rude she asked my income I told her... she said “nope” cant help you! I asked if she could steer me in a direction “no no advise”! I don’t know who taught her how to correspond with people especially in this sensitive venue, but she has no people skills. I wouldn’t use these attorneys if they were free! Shame on Goetz & Gonzales! You need a real receptionist.

I don’t want them to represent my father no more and they don’t want to to resign the case. Even I repeat several times. My case is IDENTICAL to his mother’s case.

I hired Gonzalez & Goetz 3 years ago. The very first time I heard from an attorney was 24 hours before the trial. When I was denied,
I heard nothing back.
I have been having my family help me with all documentation and appointments.
It had been from October 2017 to March 2019, since hearing ANYTHING!!! Not a note, call, fax, email, carrier pigeon.....nothing!!!

And I finally got a call asking me about medical appointments kept.
I was flabbergasted at the b*lls!!!
I know G&G are going to want their 25% when I get approved for disability and I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure they don’t get a d*mn dime!!!

The only word to describe Gonzalez & Goetz is “CRUEL”’
To dismiss and dispose of people in such a vulnerable position the way they do is sad.
But there is solace in knowing the universe will issue karma.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!

Wasted 4 years of my life. Had to get most records myself. Never returned phone calls. Numerous people representing me at different times. Was told I won the case after 3 years. Then received a letter from SSI that I had lost. Their response to me" I just can't believe it". Caused me so much stress my health is worse now than when we started. No follow up with last court hearing. Just letter from SSI saying I lost. After reading papers from SSI my correct medical info was not even sent to them for representation. For 3 years wrong info and incomplete records submitted to courts after going over it with me before court each time. DON'T DO IT! Use someone else!

BEWARE DO NOT GET THIS LAW FIRM!!! If you are in the state of GA, DO NOT GET THESE PEOPLE! They do not have any representation in GA. They called my mother because she was filing a disability case here in Georgia, they LIED to her and said they have a lawyer located here. Before the case, there was absolutely NO preparation given to my mom on what to expect for her case. She NEVER EVEN MET THE LAWYER THEY SENT OUT UNTIL THE DAY OF THE COURT CASE. Not to mention the lawyer they sent out was very unfamiliar with her case and knew absolutely NOTHING about her case. Then after my mother was denied, I called them and they said that they "CONTRACT" different lawyers in the area. The lawyer that came to our case was from ALABAMA!?!?!? What they do is, they reach out to other lawyers and contract them on a 1099 to represent your case. But this lawyer KNOWS NOTHING about your case will not help you prepare for it either. Gonzalez and Goetz are a bunch of SCAMMERS, they are very unresponsive, and HAVE NO CLUE what they are doing. My mother has SEVERE ARTHRITIS and Multiple Sclerosis, all her medical records say this and well documented and the Lawyer never even brought it up in the court case. With these disabilities it should be a NO BRAINER that my mother cannot work. If you are not in the state of Florida DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM REGARDLESS of what they say. They wasted 3 years of my mothers money and time. I agree about the money thing every time my disability has gone to court I haven't won and it seems I have to get all the info they need they are the attorneys they can get the medical records if they want done gave permission plus seems they can't keep case workers there I get a new one all the time, We go back to court in February if I loose this time I am firing them and getting Bender and Bender not these idiots the attorney don't even show up in person that shows me they don't care just after money at least my VA attorney shows up to court and not a video thing.

This law firm is money hungry!! They went behind my fiancee back after he stated he did not want their services and to stredd the documents that he had already sent to there law office giving them authority to represent him. Because one of their law representive was also very ruled and unprofessional.They never receive his paperwork in the mail as of yet he had sent to them.when my fiance told them he did not want their services. And also When my fiance told them by this being his first inital application and also since I filled out the application for ssi/ssdi and gathered all his medical records per doctor visits, physical therapy visits etc. during his claim. After all was said and confirmed that he did not want or need their law services this law firm went behind my fiance back and sent the paper that they were told by my fiance to stredd which was this law office was to be to be my fiance lawyer during his claim. After his case was approved during the first inital application. Ssa told my fiance and me that David Gortez was his attorney and that they would have to send him a fee. I call the law firm back and they told me and my fiance that David Gortez told them he talk to my fiance and to go ahead with my fiance case which was a big fat lie. My fiance never ever talked to this lawyer at all. And no one in his law firm after that day. This goes to show this law firm is low down and greedy. Whom ever reading this u need to take heed to this post. Because it's all true. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone!!!! So take my advice and run from this law firm as fast as u can.

This supposed law firm is ridiculous... so far the only contact I've ever had with them was multiple letters reminding me to return paperwork asap. As soon as they got the paperwork, they have only tried calling me one time. Since then I've tried multiple times to call and communicate with the person assigned to my case. They submitted falsified information to my local ssi office. This is going to be a fun mess to clean up....

This people is horrible, they took the case of my mother, and in two years never called her, when my mother tried to speak with the lawyer she was never available, and the staff was really rude, somebody send some medical records by mistake to them and when my mother told them that she wanted that documentation, they didn't want to give it to her, and despite of my mother told them that she didn't want that they make copies of those records they did, and when my mother get angry they withdrew the case one week before my mother's appointment with the Social Security, and when my mother spoke to another lawyer, this people talk to the lawyer and told him that they kick my mother out, so the new lawyer didn't want to take the case of my mother. I had a personal experience with another lawyer, and now I understand why people use to say that all the lawyers go to hell, but with this people stay Away, as well as Finizio lawyers that recommended them.
