Custody hearing
we went in with 2 plans 1 to obtain permanent custody. 2 if not permanent custody very strong visitation rights. this was all over my niece who was visiting/living with the in-laws. we had a serious up hill battle to contend with. one my niece was out of state and had established a life there and was thriving (per court say so and per ad litem stating as such as well and on the initial hearing the courts awarded the temporary custody to the in-laws as well. you want a bull dog in the fight, he is your lawyer to get. we did not get our primary goal but we got heavy visitation rights. he is very compassionate to our needs and feelings keeping us informed of what was going. i never want to go through another custody court hearing again. but if i do...it will be Greg Bryant who i call.
