I have had the opportunity to use these two attorneys in dealing with my mother and father's estate and guardianship and I honestly believe they have restored my faith in the legal profession. Efficient and caring comes to mind as they assisted me in working through all of the issues of this time consuming and difficult situation. I could not have found two better attorneys anywhere and I can't recommend them enough.

Deb Fathree has been my attorney for 4 yrs now on my custody case for my son. She has gotten me full custody n has beed a great Liaison between me n the ex, while the ex was acting as her own attorney. Deb did great every time we were in court also.
If you ever have a domestic issue in the Rogers County Oklahoma area I highly recommend her as your attorney. She is a great listener n very knowledgeable of the law. I am sure she will represent you as well as she has me.

I hired Mrs. Fathree for my divorce. My experience was OK at first. Then when it came time to get things done I felt poorly represented, poorly prepared, and felt as though I was a paycheck instead of a paying client. I would not recommend Mrs. Fathree for a divorce lawyer.

Hired Mrs. Fathree for a divorce. She came highly recommended. Paid my retainer fee in full. At first visit she was very professional and had a plan to "win". As the divorce continued and could not be settled, she lost interest in my case and started convincing me to just "settle for now" and then hire her back later and return to court. After 8 months went by Mrs. Fathree stopped returning my phone calls and stopped talking to me all the way around . I would call to ask questions and check on my bill (if I had one). I always kept my bill paid and I always made sure to check on it. Mrs Fathree convinced me to just settle, she would not argue with the other attorney in my defense nor would she stand up for me. She would only agree with the other attorney. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Actually filing a bar complaint. I believe she violated the law by signing off an order that I never agreed to and helping to expedite the case of the other side. Bizarro. Don't use them. Im sure they are capable of filing paperwork but if you need a case actually fought they are worthless.
