Very effencent on my Florida workmans comp case always returned phone calls and emails with in a 24 hr period

Nothing more then fancy ambulance chasers that are out to get richer quick. Claim in there tv and radio ads they take wrongful death cases but when I called alls they would say is they dont deal in that kind of cases. Trash firm with false advertising!

Recently contacted Morgan and Morgan to review my construction case. The girl on the phone was very pleasant and constantly told me "how sorry she was to hear of my problem". She asked me some questions then asked what the "monetary value was" I told her about $20,000 based on the three quotes I have received. There was a pause and when she returned to me she said they would not take the case. What happened to "For the People" which people would that be; the ones with the multi million dollar claims? So sad!!!!

We called Morgan and Morgan for a workman's comp case. They took our case and assigned us to Attorney Blake Lange .From the beggining this has been a nightmare. They never give you answers, they take weeks to return calls, and the assistants Carlos and Alisha are horrible. They can never answer any questions. They lead you on with incorrect information .They don't care about cases unless they are big money makers and are laid out for them so they barely have to do any work .My husband is being left with a bunch of bills, no help, no answers, and behind on all our bills because he was out of work and owes medical bills .They are not even getting the medical bills covered or lost wages .We are about to loose our home and everything we worked hard for and they don't even have the decency to return a phone call. If you are hurt do not go here. Call a smallrs firm that is still hungry enough to fight for you and still believes in justice for the injured. Morgan and Morgan and Attorney Blake Lange only want big settlement cases that are blatantly easy so they get a big pay out. Because they take half of what you get! They are the worst ever .

I found the staff to be the most unhelpful ever and rude as well. They did not want to answer questions or concerns of mine just short one word response with attitude I would not recommend them to anyone. Local is the way to go.

Received my money in a timely manner very professional. Very sad you have to sue your homeowners insurance company for a national disaster and they refused to come through for you. Morgan & Morgan did get me most of the money that was owed me.

Why do you spend money on your advertisements when you can’t provide good services ?
I’ve been told by many people to not request your service for my work’s comp case and, still can’t believe after my second knee injury I still went to request your service and since I sign your contact no body reached out to me! Attorney careless leave your case to his assistant who stock with to much work to do. When you call always find the voice mail, even when you leave a message no body recalled.

I never spoke or met my attorney who represented me. I felt like if i was doing business with their secretary. Anyway i believe my case was worth more than what i got. I don't think they fought hard for me. They just said hey i will take that settlement. Probably my lawyer who i never met was behind his car payment or something else and just settled for that amount and had his secretary say that's how much they willing to pay. After all the hospital bills and therapy was paid off i didn't get what my injuries were worth. I should of gotten over $30,000. Never again i will go here. Morgan & Morgan for the people or Morgan & Morgan against the people.

I have a student also against Walmart that we're getting working is helping me out with I would have been going to her for 5 and 1/2 years and we're supposed to be settling before the 60 days is up hopefully I will get results and I will put my results in Cory mccleod is my attorney and she's a great gal I'm sure everything will be cool she's very educated for what she does she knows her stuff hoping it will all be over and 45 to 60 days I was promised

I hired them to take my lawsuit against Walmart. Very early in the process. But getting a hold of anyone had been virtually impossible. I guess we will see come offer time what they are about.

Heard advertisement on radio. You do not speak with attorney on consultation but a secretary. Also they only seem to be an ambulance chasing firm, if you need a civil case then they do not want to take on your case

They are horrible I retained them and wound up settled for 2 thousand started with 48 thousand little to no effort went into any investigation they are very incompetent

After an auto accident I had injuries that needed medical treatment & therapy. They did a great job making sure all my medical was paid & got me a reasonable settlement. Definitely more than I could have done on my own. I would recommend them to anybody with injuries brought on by others

I am not the easiest client I know, and my disbelief with the workmans compensation laws in Florida made me even more difficult. Atty. Blake Lange of M&M (and his assistant Alecia) explained every last ridiculous detail of this broken system and spent more time than the case was eventually worth working with me. I believe from the settlement, which I never expected as the pain, reduced quality of life and job performance, and time it took to get any treatment are not considerations in a WC case, that the workmans compensation was willing to do anything but face this firm in court. I only called them to find out if withholding treatment was legal, but they took my case and suddenly things started moving much faster. M&M's reputation and Atty. Lange's skill at navigating this system is the only reason I got anything at all and now have money to draw on for REAL DOCTORS when I need more treatment, not the hacks that the insurance company sent me to. I said I just wanted this over as the hoops they started making me jump through 3 months after the injury were ridiculous and figured I would get next to nothing and/or continue with a sub-par doctor, and I was fine with that. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told of the settlement amount that he had negotiated. They said a number, so he gave them a number 10× the offer and made it clear that he was prepared to walk away. Furthermore, before he haggled with the insurance lawyers, I asked him what would be reasonable and the amount he returned with was far above that. I'm more than pleased. As a do over, I would never have gone above and beyond for a company that treats their employees as disposable therefore wouldn't have been injured. Once injured, i should have called Morgan and Morgan immediately because it was my good faith that insurance (and the employer) took advantage of.
 My advice, don't ever get hurt at work in FL. If you do, call Morgan and Morgan. Insurance companies dont want to face them in court any more than you do. Thank you Blake, Alecia, and Carlos for all of your hard work.

Would never use them. They were useless in assisting my sister in law. They found out it was a small company and wouldnt bother helping any further. Shame on you Morgan family. Do ever run for office. I share the story all the time. Then I see a commercial how proud you are for being a typical money hungry attorney and not caring about anything else. There is a place in hell for people like this.

Our home was severely damaged by Irma and our insurance company is refusing to repair our roof and water damage, claimed we had only $12k in damages. A contractor gave us a detailed estimate for $174,000. So we hear this ad on the radio from Morgan and Morgan that they will sue the insurance company for the legal fees as stipulated by law. We had hope that our home would be fixed, but it was short lived. After setting an appointment for our FREE consultation the agent calls us the day before to explain the fees, 1/3 of the settlement plus costs, totally opposite of their radio ad. They basically didn't want to waste time consulting with us unless we agreed to those terms. So no free consultation and no "for the people". I call their firm to explain their agents actions and the radio ad and I get hung up on. Called back, got transferred about 4 times having to repeat myself over and over until I get a supposed supervisor who confirms the 1/3 of recovery plus costs coming out of my home repair check, not the insurance company. So their ad is a lie and just bait to get desperate people to call them. Don't waste your time and call a smaller more personal firm.

I have had to deal with so any people lately and it was so refreshing speaking with Karen Cowhig. She never made me feel rushed and she never transferred me to anyone else. She worked with me and treated me with such respect. Karen, you will never understand how great it was working with you today. See, its people like you that make a difference.

Y'all sucks

Your law firm has been nothing but unhelpful.  In fact your firm has been very unhelpful and poor in service and extremely slow in response to my couple of questions and in handling my case overall.   It has taken one year for your firm to file a diminished vehicle claim value of my car of which I was not informed about until the end of September 2017 and of which I was told will be settled by October 31st. 2017. The accident happened on November 12, 2016. A couple of the staff have been extremely short and rude from the first day with me on the phone and slow in email responses and has even threatened me to go to another attorney when all I have been looking for are answers to the questions I have. Its a shame that your firm advertises heavily in "for the people" and in helping the people with cases such as mine,  but your actions reflect the opposite.  I will be sure to write a very big review about how Morgan and Morgan Attorneys and staff handle their clients.

The only problem I have is it takes so long. I guess that's everyone's problem. Besides that I do not hear any thing at all. I have to wait to call. I hope its is over soon.
