have made several phone calls to the office about my case, not one time have they even offered to call me back. I don't understand what I'm paying for if they are not going to answer my questions during my bankruptcy, I am continually ignored, even walked into the office and there was no one in there but was told they were getting ready to do a signing so no one could help me, this is the worst ever I've been treated. I do not recommend that you go with this attorney at all find one that will return your calls and address your needs not ignore them. I have literally called over 6 times and walked in once so far and nothing.Very upset with this.

They are very unprofessional and don't get back with you after leaving messages and kanita is never available. I was told that I needed curtain tax returns in order to get my vehicle back and have not heard from no one at all. NOT A GOOD LAW FIRM! POINT BLANK .

wish i had made another choice in law firm b/c they are hard to get in touch with and very abrupt and abrasive when answering questions and concerns. left a message with their answering 2 wks ago and no response. have googled my way to answer my own questions; nevertheless, researching a way to end my relationship with them. #epicfail

Very unprofessional. Kanita Carter was not only unhelpful, but she claims she lost our tax papers when decided to go to another law firm. Every time you try to call and speak to her she is never available. Stay far away from this place.
