They did a good job on my case

I first came encounter with DisPasquale Moore law firm when my mother suffered from a car accident two years ago. I loved the way they came to my mother home because she was unable to go to the law firm and sat her mind at ease knowning they was going to fight for her. When I was in my recent automobile accident I new who to call. Lindsay fought for my insurance policy and Kristen kept me updated and answer all my questions. Customer for life.

My attorney was Kate Corwin. She did a good job, the whole team is very professional and courteous. Like with all litigation, be patient...

I got bite by my neighbors dog IN MY OWN FENCED BACKYARD. Mike DiPasquale and his lawyers jacked around for a year , didnt do anything but send the owners letters thenn called me to tell they were droppoing out , they cant do anything. Loser's.

I worked with Brian Tadtman for my MVA. He came to my house and was.very helpful in helping me find medical care and getting me a fair settlement. I highly reccomend him to anyone needing help after a car accident. Theresa was also very helpful anytime I called the office with a question.

Great people and attorneys

Do not use this firm. I hired them over 7 months ago. I spoke with the assigned attorney 3x’s. I was told that he was no longer part of the firm and I was assigned another person. I never heard from this person. No phone call no email no nothing. I emailed and left several voicemails with no return contact. Even my doctors couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I was called by someone a couple of weeks ago and was told I was being assigned yet another attorney because the one who never introduced themselves was moving. I fired them on the spot over the phone. The guy that called me said well I guess there’s nothing we can do to keep you with us and Mike won’t be happy about the situation. I received a letter yesterday stating that THEY decided not to represent me and my case by the attorney that has never even introduced herself to me. Funny I fired you first. Do not use this firm. It’s a joke and they do not care about their clients. I even told the guy to have Mike call me so I can let him know what kind of 3 ring circus is going on there but still haven’t heard from him either. No surprise there.

Mr Barnett, one of the lawyers at DiPasquale Moore handled a dispute for me recently. I hadn’t ever been through any legal proceedings before this and felt overwhelmed at the prospect. My wife and I were involved in an accident recently. Everything was being handled fine and I felt well taken care of until about a week or so after signing a contract with them. My wife got a call saying that they needed to meet with her. We tried for over a week to get the appointment setup but they just didn't call us back. Shortly after I had contacted another lawyer they sent a letter to my son's house saying they would no longer represent us as clients. We were outraged at the lack of communication between my wife and her attorney. Remember if your case is small dipasquale moore won't help you at all.

I was working with Sam before he started working at this firm. My case carried over when Sam was hired here. That was nearly 2 years ago. My case was finally settled last week. After a year and a half working with Sam, dealing with little to no communication, and no progress on my case, Garrett took over my case. It took less than 4 months for Garrett to finalize my case. My settlement was for far less than I was told to expect. I didn't feel like I was treated like a human being. Just another case number. 2 years of being stressed and feeling like my lawyer didn't actual care about my case. I am thankful that Garrett got the job done, but the acknowledgement letter that was sent to me stated I was in a motor vehicle accident. My case was not a motor vehicle accident. My case was worked on by this firm and they didn't bother to double check the autofill template for my case paperwork. The cherry on top of a long, drawn out, terrible handling of a case. I would not recommend this firm and would highly suggest not hiring Sam Barnett for your legal needs.
