*I have revised my review. After 6 emails and a month and a half of waiting and posting my original review, they were able to respond to me that same day! Crazy coincidence.
I am still unhappy with how the case turned out, including the amount I received and how it was handled. I received much less money than the original amount offered by insurance, which I understand is due to paying the doctors (if I hadn’t have gone through this process, I would have chosen my own doctors under my insurance plan and not had to pay anything but copays) and paying the lawyer fees.
*Please note that the high % discussed during the initial meeting does not include their “costs”, which ended up being an additional 15% of my settlement. The total % taken out of my settlement was 63%.

Also, they are extremely bad at keeping the client up to date with the case. When new paperwork was filed, they said they would circle back with me. It would take multiple emails to receive a response back. While I understand they are a busy firm and my case was too small, a quick follow up would have been appreciated; I shouldn’t have had to ask every time.
I prefer email communication so there is documentation of what was said; it was hard to get them to use email and I would get multiple calls and voicemails while I requested an email response.

Overall this was an extremely stressful and lengthy process that ended up not being worth my time or the hassle. I wish I wouldn’t have chosen this path with my car accident.
