This our second time hiring Mr Kingcade for bankruptcy. The first time after the bankruptcy in a couple of months we already had credit and started applying for credit cards. The process was smooth. Thses time around the experience was also great because as always talking to Mr Kingcade is like sitting down with a friend. I was a client in 2008 and the truth is that I was very satisfied with the bankruptcy service but the customer service is very bad, but for what I needed them I give them 5 stars.

This firm was highly recommended, however I am saddened to say that after working with them I cannot recommenced what so ever. Everything was great until they had my money. Staff was extremely rude. I was asked to sign papers that I could not have copies of until payment was received. Papers in which I had to turn back because they had inaccurate information on several pages. I questioned staff about payment terms on contract and was told “don’t worry about it, if they were going to charge you they would have told you” - only to be called a few weeks later to be asked for more money. Emails to attorneys remain unanswered even after my dismissal. I’m not sure if it’s the high volume of customers that they service that causes their lack of communication or their lack of caring. Months after documents were signed and paid and bankruptcy is dismissed, bank still hasn’t received reaffirmation. And if you’re going to call? Please be aware that your conversation may not be a private matter. I was there signing documents once while this gentleman was put on speakerphone and pretty much yelled at because staff had to repeat something to him. This firm is definitely there for the money and not for the customer.
