Tried working with them in June 2019, gave them all personal information. Its Jan 2020 and still no contact. Keep trying for better aid

These people are phenomenal. They really know their business. They saved my son-in-law a lot of money and headaches. Don't take for granted you won't qualify. Let them figure it for you. You really have nothing to lose.

I went through several attorneys. Claudia Kovar was awesome. I would NOT recommend mark Graziano very rude he’s unprofessional and yells at you over the phone making it feel as if you are forced to agree to an order and if you don’t agree he was going to withdraw himself also told me if I had any issues at all to not bother him and to call the police.

I admit that I had little faith in legal aid helping me with my legal issue mainly because it seems it's always been me against the world but, I was blessed to have had something go on my favor with Legal Aid. Probably wont happen again. That's the sad part but, I'm glad I got my legal issue taken care of.

You can't get them to return your phone calls I've I've tried for 3 months

I called for a friend who was in trouble. They were very good at answering general questions about how to apply for help and the process of getting started. I wasn't even sure what questions to ask...and they helped me

You only get answering machine. No one returns call.

I don't know exactly who they are there to help but we did the application met the criteria and we were in desperate need of assistance from an attorneybut unfortunately we did not receive one through them.I think once they found out I was recently released from jail they made their mind up about me and decided not to help
