I called them 4× over two days, waiting on the "30min" unknown call to come. The last time ,the female got an attitude n basically hung up n my face.. They are listed as a 3% 5% company... N reality they do neither .. False advertising

I had to have a bail bondsman recently for my brother and when everyone else wanted several hundred dollars more for basically no reason or couldn't do anything till the next day and so on thunder called me bac within 30 minutes and met me within an hour and was hard at work to getting my brother released. The city system went down and he called all through the night to try to see if they were bac up and running. He also answered every txt and phone call no matter what time it was throughout the night and early morning. The. When he wS finally able to post w the city we found out there was a 3rd hold for my brotherand he ran bac to his office without hesitation and with no extra cost posted for the 3rd one as well. If u ever do need a bondsman don't even waste time calling anywhere else. I can promise u they are the best price and work with u more than any other and will do everything possible to get your loved one released. Thanks thunder again for everything.

These guys mean business but they are good people. When some evil people were trying their hardest to get my bond revoked, these guys heard me out. They gave me a chance to find another cosigner and I won't have to sit in Oklahoma County now until my court date, leaving my family alone to handle a sticky situation without me.

Told me that they would post in 4-6 hours at 9 p.m. i called at 3am when no show, called againat 5:30am when call not returned and bond still unposted. And 15min later my calls still unreturned,

Last June I found myself needing a bondsman to help me get my fiance out of jail with a high bond amount. Going through some personal issues of my own I was unable to get anyone to help me as all the other company's wanted me to put my house up as collateral. Being that my house was tied up I was unable to use it as my collateral and was scared I wouldn't be able to get him out. I was hesitant to call another bondsman just to be told they couldn't help me until I read all the reviews for frank and ryan. I then decided that at this point it wouldn't hurt i had already been told no by everyone else. So I made the call. I am so extremely pleased that I made that call. Ryan told me that he would be able to help me and then he walked me through the entire process (this was my first time needing these types of services) Ryan not only helped me get my fiance out but he ha been extremely patient and understanding of me the entire time. Then unfortunately his services were needed again this past week and I was worried that bc my fiance hadn't closed out his first case that I would be out of luck however Ryan was there for me again and had gotten my fiance out in a matter of like 4 hours from time bond posted till when my fiance was in my car. Ryan has been amazing... He has worked with me with everything from payments (my fiance is on an ankle monitor) to teaching me how ankle monitors work even being patient when I my own personal issues have made me have to change appointment to coming in the office. I hope you never find yourself needing these types of services but if you do the guys at Thunder Bail bonds are 100% your best bet!!! Called again at 5:11 am and was told sorry I would be contacted within a half hour.... NOTHING! Called a final time at 7:12 am and was given the same bs. We will dispatch it and you should hear from us within 30 minutes..... NOTHING!!

Don’t waste your time, call someone who cares. They don’t. Just very bizarre how they claim to be 24hrs and prompt, yet leave someone hanging like they did me and the person in custody. Instead of it being a quick city release now it’s a long drawn out county release. Thanks guys. That one is on you.

Would recommend them anytime. I drove 4+ hours to meet a bondsman, which called me 20 min before I got their and said he couldn't post the bond. After having searched for 3 days for bondsman, plus trying to get the money and all he wanted , I was devastated. No idea what now, called more agencies all the same song and dance. Came across Thunder Bail Bonds number and I'm glad I did. From the minute he answered he was friendly ask a couple of questions and said come down to the office. Took 15 minute and all papers etc was done, and I was on the way to pick up the person I posted bail for. If I ever need another bail posted this is the only place I call. I called Thunder Bail Bonds while I was shopping around for someone that could help me quickly. I callEed 3 other bondsman looking for a better price before placing this call. This bondsman told me the inmate was a cash only bond. Then how did the other bondsman I went to already bond my friend out? Without it being the full cash only amount of the bond. This guy does not now what he is doing!

Update: My partner is realeased at the 24hour mark!!!! After contacting Thunder bailbonds they went above and beyond on getting back to me and my partner released and all issues resolved including paying unknown city bonds with no out pocket cost for me! And working withme on payment arrangments with no extra costs today. this means I would still be locked up if it wasnt for Thunder! All five stars are much deserved for this bond company and will refer to anyone I know in need. Also will be keeping Thunder Bailbonds on my speeddial in any future hangups with the law. When I had to bail a family member out I really didn't know the process and felt belittled the first attempt with another company simply because I didn't know the process.
