This location is really bad service. I never go to there anymore.

Bad customer services!!! I'm from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I contact this law firm wanting to have my legal name changed to my birth name. The office manager name Marilyn Phuong told me it should be easy with a charged of $750 and could be done within a couple weeks. So I went ahead and mail out all my documents including the check of $750, I called and check to see if they recieved my paperworks. The first thing I noticed is that right as soon as they recieved my paperwork, they went ahead and cash my check right away. But then after that the process of the paperworks was so slow and no notices, I have to keep on calling and tracking to see if the process is still going. I called almost everydays for the next 3 weeks after the Check was cash, all I could get was a respond from the asistant "i'm sorry but I only work here part time as answering phone, you will have to call Marilyn Phuong back on another time". By the 4th week, I finally get a hold of the manager, she appologized with the excuse that her family member was dying or in the hospital. I have no clue what is that got to do with the law firm business. But sure, she said that she already finished all the paperwork and she mailed out the packages. I have not heard from her for the next couple weeks after we spoke, so i called back again to ask about the package. to cut it short, I decided not to have anything to do with this law firm due to her unprofessional attitude, I told the assistant that I want my money and all my document back. I will just go and look for another law firm, finally then Marilyn Phuong said ok she will send it back. it been another 3 weeks and I have not recieved any of my documents or my check back. Very bad business with bad customer services. I don't know how do you call yourself a Legal Services law firm when you can't even serve your people right. Please do not go there!!! you will regret like I did!
