Appeared in court with this lawyer today on a Hearing of Assets for a judgement that was paid three weeks before he sent a process server to my door, odd that he is inquiring about my assets after the judgement was paid in full. He then proceeded to ask the judge to reset the Hearing of Assets. Keep in mind a Hearing of Assets is to determine your eligibility to pay., outside the courtroom he says, IF YOU WILL JUST PAY ME $ 2,000.00 in Attorney fees I will file a motion to withdraw the hearing of Assets, this is unethical, harassment and extortion. Yes, a complaint had been filed with the bar association because he intentionally did not cancel the hearing today knowing the Judgement was paid AND extended the hearing until December knowing it has been paid! Blatant intentional Abuse of the Justice System.
