this lawyer just took my brother money. his license is suspended and he is fasley taking people money

I can't say enough about Mark and his legal aid Ashley. First, though no immediate Irish family ties, Mark has the same great surname "Bailey", but in the court room where it counts he flat out executes and with due diligence. Also, outside the courtroom he makes sure your case is well prepared and then on the day of your hearing imposes his will. In my case it was above and beyond. He even went as far as to negotiate the original terms of my sentence off the table. MK Bailey Law Firm got it done for me and exceeded my expectation. Truly a class act....

There's some good and some bad about this team, Mark Bailey and his paralegal assistant, Ashley. First let's cover the good... these guys are knowledgable and have built a reputation that's well known in the legal community... no one who's gone up against them in court wants to challenge them because they CAN be very hard to beat... but with that said, they have extremely poor communication skills and you may or may not hear from them after a bit. Now to be fair, they followed up on my situation and made sure to stay on top of it should anything have ever come up... which thankfully it didn't... but both Mark and Ashley seemed competent and I liked having a well known powerhouse duo in my corner. the problem is, they don't return calls... and if you end up in jail needing them to respond, that's bad... really bad, these guys are NOT cheap at all and should you need someone who will reliably respond, this is not them. They could be legends in the legal community if they had better communication skills. All in all I gave it three stars... if they were better at communicating, they'd have received 5.

Just had another complaint filed against him with the OK State Bar in May. A total loser and now the laughingstock of the legal community in OKC.

It's been over 2yrs and nothing..they want call you or answer the phones.

Save your money.Not worth the time of day! My family used him nothing good to mention! I could have done a better job and I know nothing about the legal system. Keep looking there are a lot better attorneys out there in lawyer land!
