My first experience is the worst experience ever with an attorney. I don’t live in Florida, but that’s where my call was routed to. I spoke with people who had no knowledge of California law. They were fixated on a subject that had nothing to do with why I called. I was told that I would be speaking with an attorney in Ca. I got a paralegal in FLORIDA. It appears that the biggest problem I experienced was getting them to listen.How can you ever expect someone to defend you if they don’t at least listen first ? Maybe they are more about the cash than the case. Based on my first experience on the phone of course I wouldn’t hire or recommend to anyone.

Of course one expects knowledge of the law, but I find James to not only have a vast knowledge of the law, but he delivers options and probable consequence/outcome with each option presented. My experience with this law firm in my opinion is sad. They ask for several hundreds of dollars for a phone consult after being told on the initial call to see if they could help. Payment was rendered and the phone consult happened and what was spoke about in its entirety never happened,meaning what was told to me almost a month ago wasn't provided to me. Retaining the law firm was discussed and how much it would cost. After a couple of emails to the office inquiring about a simple template letter I received and email stating that they won't help. To seek a different opinion. Way to go treating your Veterans like this.
