After a year I was denied once and my attorney *at the time* said, "Start a new case" without giving any effort to fight the court for an appeal or asked to take a deeper look into my case.. Just gave in. Threw in the towel without second guessing the judge's decision to make my case stronger. I was told that I had a strong case & that everything was going to be in our favor & that it was a great possibility we were going to win the first time around. So, the court system doesn't recognize nerve damage, arthritis, a minor stroke or carpal tunnel syndrome as disability.?.?.. In the court room, A dog barked at a cat & the cat turned & ran. I'll be giving my back pay to a different law firm, thanks.

My mother has had a rare artery disease along with many more things wrong...she has had over 7 surgeries and she has been out of work not able to work for over a year now after her last surgery she got told not too much stress and no work or you will hav a heart attack or stroke and die. Parmalee has been on her disability case for a couple years now and with what is going on with her my mom's been told by her doctors and other law firms she should have won and got disability a long time ago. Parmalee does nothing!

I had used a different form my 1st go round filling my disability claim. After several years I was still denied. This time using Parmalee Law firm I have been sent to doctor after doctor and more has gotten done to prove my case. I would recommend them to anyone. I also know others who have used the and no one has ever had anything bad to say about the way they were treated or the results that were obtained.

After reading these reviews, i dont know what to do. My aunt went through this firm and was happy with her outcome, but she has since passed. I have epilepsy. The worst kind. Gran mal seizures and severe memory loss and im on so many meds and applied w no attorney because i didnt think i needed one, but i got my denial letter today and i know im going to need an attorney to appeal it. Im so lost....

Woke up sick

Parmele was necessary to apply for receive benefits, but honestly I didn't like working with them. Social security requested my pay stubs, so I gave them to Parmele to send them over. Two or three months later I received an out of state call from Parmele saying that I still needed to turn in my pay stubs, then found out that social security didn't receive them because they were faxed over and a 40 page fax somehow ended up being 90 pages, which was too many pages to go through. I rarely received notification from Parmele, and I worked mostly with Social Security, which I thought I had hired the law firm to take care of that for me. They automatically got paid for work I did, but one lady tried to say that they didn't get paid. It was frustrating having people from out of state call me from the law firm when the office was just down the road from me and they rarely knew what was really going on with the case. I was under the impression I'd get paid from the time I applied if I won the case, but nope that wasn't true either. And the back pay was broken up into smaller lump sums every 6 months - another thing I wasn't expecting. All in all, Parmele really sucked, but I won the case. ‍♀️

The legal team was excellent. They handled almost everything for me, and kept me updated. Never once did I feel alone in the process. Very caring and professional.

It was nice knowing someone had our back during such a hard time in life. Parmele Law was always politely there when we had to call back the second time our Father was on life support, just to give updates on his status and how he was doing. They took note when he had his open heart surgery and was there for moral support as well. Thank you for your help.

I'm not happy with the way things are being done with my case. I have to do ALL the leg work.. I don't ever hear from my attorney unless I call to get an update on the status, then get the run around. I get more information myself from calling Social Security Office myself. But today's phone call was priceless, was told that my employer never sent in my paperwork. It's sad that I have to inform my attorney's office that Social Security Office received them on may 30. WTH is going on.. and exactly why am I going to be charged 25% for me.doing all the work!!!! Rant over
