Run away as fast as you can. These people have only one priority, and it's not you! I now live in constant, debilitating, agonizing, chronic, pain. I have had to Pay for (4) four back surgeries. The last one was around $130,000. I have also had to Pay for a shoulder surgery, an ankle surgery, and a knee scoop. Plus All the other medical treatments and medical expenses. All of which should of been paid for by the insurance, and I also should have been compensated. None of which happened. They kept telling me to " trust them" "they would take care of me". Total BS! It was almost like they were working for the other side. My case manger actually did.. (She got hired as a claims auditor for the Insurance company that I was suing). My attorney thought it was funny.. This is worst law firm. They are bent. And now I live in chronic pain with no way to be employed. And no compensation for wages lost and I have had to Pay or go into debt for all medical expenses. All my medical treatment was delayed which made condition worse. This law firm WILL NOT PROTECT YOU OR YOUR RIGHTS.

These attorneys only want big time cases and they don't even try to find out what is going on. Our accident wasn't our fault but the dropped us because they didn't want a hard case, just an easy open ad shut case. They don't work for you

I hired Carr & Carr back in June 2018. I was not familiar with Attorney's. I saw their add on TV called them, they sent an investigator out to speak with me. They accepted me as a client. The injury I sustained kept me on light duty with no driving restrictions. I live out in the country. This means the $20,000 boat I recently purchased is nothing but a big paper weight .. My newer vehicle with a $400 monthly payment is also a paper weight. Long story short I have called their office four times and a week later still have not received a return phone call . Common or professional courtesy doesn't apply. I am restricted until December maybe longer. Until than I remain in the dark. No idea if I'm getting any kind of assistance. This is not the representation I was hoping for.

It was a horrible experience being this was my first car wreck, I will never again choose Carr & Carr as my attorney; everytime I called them, they never picked up the phone & when they did finally call me back it was literally weeks later, I never really talked to my atty it was always a case manager. One day she called to let me know that she haven't received my medical records, I called the doctors office and they advised me that Carr & Carr had already received them, never again and then finally I settled and she had me believing that once they received the settlement check I could come pick it up, she forgot to advise me that it takes 4 days to clear the bank, horrible!! I should have given them one star because that's how good they are! I hope these reviews are read before you hire them as your atty

I went for my car accident and I regret going with Carr&Carr, the front desk person was nice and the girl who handles paperwork, other than that I only heard from the attorney twice in several months (1st when I was retaining, 2nd I had to ask to speak with him), also for how bad my case was I got very little, it's like he wanted me to just take it or he said going to court would take forever and I probably would get nothing after all costs were covered, basically talking me out of it and taking a small amount for months of pain and suffering the accident caused. I should have went with my gut to go with a different attorney

I was in a car accident in 2017 and I had no idea what to do after. I had never had to have a lawyer and to be honest the whole idea scared me. I called Carr& Carr and I got Thomas as my lawyer. It was the best thing that could had happened to me after my accident. Thomas was always there for me not only as his client but as a person. It took a while to settle but it was worth the wait. Like most people I was scared after my accident and was unsure of what to do next besides find an attorney. After doing a bit of research and reading reviews, I came upon Carr and Carr. I was a little nervous to pursue them for my case at first, but I am very impressed with their effort and care they put into for their clients. Upon my first meeting about my case I knew they meant business when they took into concern all my concerns and frustrations while also taking care of me and sending me to a chiropractor. They always answer my questions when I need to give them a call, and they also have made a great effort to stay in touch with me throughout this ongoing process. The receptionist I usually speak with about my case is very nice and caring. She not only asks how treatment is going but also about how I (as a human being and not just a client) am doing. I intended on allowing the insurance companies to handle everything after a wreck that was not my fault. After a few months of trying to get my car repaired, and then a year and a half waiting for insurance to pay out for doctor bills I contacted Carr & Carr. They instantly smoothed the process; I should have contacted them sooner! Paperwork and their plan was presented to me at my initial meeting and it was easy to follow along with and explained. I felt very comfortable and was encouraged to ask questions. My thoughts and opinions were taken seriously. Mr. Ventura and Carrie Harris contacted me regularly through email and phone calls as information became available to them. The office staff was courteous and knowledgeable every time I went in.

Mr. Ventura was overly cavalier throughout the process. Over the course of about four or five months, I only spoke with him three times. I was provided false information about insurance reimbursement and although I was assured all my bills were paid out of the settlement, over a year later I'm still receiving unpaid bills from the date of the accident.
The staff, however, was undeniably pleasant and my attorney's assistant (Carrie) was a peach! She helped me out with all my questions and made me feel welcome when Mr. Ventura was too busy to bother with me. I would only recommend this office if you are able to research and choose your own representation from their team.
