I can't say that Tai is more good of a person or lawyer. He was extremely helpful in entire process. We hired him in the middle of our case but the way he handled it, no one could've done any better than Tai. He is very responsive to emails and calls and always make sure that every question is answered. He is very friendly in nature and he creates very comfortable and friendly environment. In the end, I will say if you need anything with Immigration, Tai is your guy.

I appreciate this lawyer for his honesty and compassion toward other people. I called him to ask for help with the naturalization process for my parents but he declined because he felt my parents would not pass the interview without speaking English. He did not want me to waste money on a lawyer/process when the result was not looking good. I cannot express how happy me and my wife were with the service received from Tai. It was a family based immigration process, which naturally can be stressful, but Tai handled it and made the process so simple. After 5yrs of dating my wife (non-US citizen) and I (US citizen) got married. We started looking into applying for her to get a green card/permanent resident status.

We had no idea what we were doing so we did a little research and looked into different lawyers. After thoroughly searching and meeting with various lawyers we chose to go with Tai and I’ll state why below.

1) Money, it’s the first thing everyone wants to know. His prices may seem more expensive but, he includes the green card application fees into his prices. So after much research we found it is cheaper to go with Tai. Most lawyers we found were in the ball park of $3000-$4000 then add the application fees on top, Tai’s total fees which include the application fees are a bit less than $4000.

2) He cares and he tells you how it is. We presented our documents to Tai and he informed us what he needed to make our mess presentable. Not only did you follow through on his part but he made our case stronger than we could have.

3) He kept us updated on every step, he even let us know when the immigration office got our application. In all it only took us 4 months to get my wife’s green card after submitting the application.

We are very grateful to Tai and his team for taking care of us. You won’t be disappointed with the level of service you get from them either.

My husband and I had the best experience with Tai! He treated us as if we were close friends. If we ever had any questions, we heard right back from him. A couple of times, we had questions around 8pm and expected to hear back maybe the next day but he would still be working that late and got back to us that same night! If we ever received any mail from USCIS, he always emailed us to explain what each letter meant without us even asking. Our process began in December and was already over by early March. First I called them about to see if they can help me out with petitioning my girlfriend that is currently residing in the Philippines. The receptionist took my name and number and said that they will call me. 4 days later still no call from them. So i decided to give them another ring and maybe they just forgot about me or maybe they are extremely busy (the benefit of the doubt). The receptionist immediately recognized my voice and told me once again that they will call me THE SAME DAY. so i waited the entire day for my phone to ring and with no luck, no phone call from them. and until now 3 days later still no call........ Is this how this law firm handle their potential client???? If i didnt seriously need you guys help i wouldnt be wasting my time trying to see if you guys can help me out with my situation. I appreciate you guys for not calling me back and wasting my time waiting for your so called (will call you back).

My wife and I were looking around for an immigration attorney to process our I-485 application in the OKC metro area. After doing some looking around, we found that Tai Stevenson was the best and picked him because he is down to earth, friendly, knows his stuff (immigration law) and much cheaper that others. After we found out that our priority date was going to be current in 2 weeks, we talked to Tai and got all the paperwork done within the 2 weeks time frame. Tai is efficient and provided us with the best advise and approach to get our paperwork done accurately. Our application (I-485) was processed by USCIS smoothly - No RFEs requested by USCIS. Also during the application process, Tai was on the ball in keeping up with USCIS on my case. We are now Permanent Residents of the United States and very satisfied with Tai's services. My wife and I were lucky enough to find such a great attorney like Tai Stevenson. My wife just moved from South Korea, and we needed help in getting her green card application submitted. We were concerned about my wife's 90-day stay-limit, but Tai was very reassuring during the process, giving us detailed instructions on what we needed to do. The work-load was drastically decreased for us as Tai prepared all of our documents and organized our folder completely. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed in which everything was submitted for my wife's case, as well as the speed it took for us to get an interview.
