Very helpful with my dad's case

Horrible experience dealing with this office. Rude staff, tried to talk over me, called 24 hours before appointment to tell me paperwork that needed to be in hand, then told me that they wouldnt keep scheduled appointment until I had it done, which they never told me I needed to bring with me the day of the appointment. Caused me to lose a day of work due to them canceling the scheduled time, and they had never told me about all the documents that were needed. Then tells me they can do a phone consult instead. Whats the difference between a phone consult or going in person? Ridiculous. And the attitude of the staff was condescending and indifferent, didnt care if they retained me as a client or not. Avoid this one, find a good attorney that actually cares about you and your needs. This one doesn't.

Ramona Hanson and her team represented my daughter and I cannot speak highly enough of her or her office personnel! My daughter had two previous attorneys that were very disorganized and did nothing to prepare for court or to support my daughter. Ramona took the time to get to know my daughter, her medical conditions and her difficulties with managing day to day. She came to court confident and with everything clearly outlined for the judge. Finally, the judge was able to understand the extent of my daughter’s illnesses and granted a favorable decision. I highly recommend her and her team!

Find a good lawyer. I had a case for one year and they contacted me maybe 2 times by phone and 3 emails. They don’t care about clients, only their money. Typical.

My experience with Ramona Hanson was very detail oriented. Her knowledge of my case made me felt at ease. My experience with her by my side hoping for a positive outcome.

Ramona Hanson and her staff are the most professional, organizated, friendly, hard working group of people I've ever seen. I had to fire my legal representation a week before my Social Security Hearing because of lack of records and just terrible service and no attorney contact. I went in with my records and all the information I had. They not only help me through the steps of a withdrawal letter that was needed from previous legal representation but they got all files needed for my case. Again, within a week of my hearing the pulled everything together needed. Ramona called me and spent over 3 hours on the phone with me to review my case. I felt relieved and was relaxed and trusted in their work ethics and professionalism to walk into my hearing confident. Once the hearing started Mrs. Hanson had an outline that was so detailed and organized with all my information that she didn't even go over half of it with the judge until he stopped her and said he had enough information. He complimented her on the way she handles her cases and her professionalism and superb outline. He even stated he wished other attorneys would be like her. My hearing didn't even last 20 minutes. I won my case. I highly recommend her and her staff for any disability needs that an individual might have in filing with Social Security! I had many years in the corporate world and had previous Legal experience in the past and again have never experienced such great service, friendliness, detail oriented professionalism and humble compassion to my needs. I initially found Ramona Hanson through a google search for my daughter's SSI claim. Her team was very easy to work with and prior to the hearing she met with us and went through the types of questions that the judge might ask so my daughter would know what to expect. She did an excellent job of preparing the materials for the hearing so the process went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend her firm to someone with a disability claim.

I would recommend Ramona to anyone looking to apply for disability benefits. She was very helpful and professional throughout my claim process, she understood all my concerns and addressed them, and when it came time for the hearing she made sure I was well prepared. Very grateful to have her as my attorney through the crazy process that is a disability claim.

It's almost been a year and I've still to get my Social Security.

I needed to appeal my disability ruling and went to see Ramona they're all very very nice people they've answered my questions at the time I've asked them and I've never had to leave a message and pray they call me back there's always someone willing to help and if they don't know the answer they will keep you on the phone with them until they find an answer for you. Great job guys keep up the excellent work your doing

I agree with one of the other reviewers; very inadequate. I called, was told someone, probably Ms. Hanson, would get back within a few days, after an extensive number of questions. No one got back. I followed up. Got an excuse as to why. Yesterday, practically a month later, a call back [not from Ms. Hanson, as she was referred to in the 3rd person during the conversation; the person calling didn't identify herself] telling me they couldn't help me. No apology for taking so long to get back.. Bottom line: lousy customer service and someone needing assistance would do well to look elsewhere.

VERY, very inadequate. When I reached out to them, Ramona informed me that they would reach out to me to schedule a consultation. A few weeks went by with no contact, and I reached out again. Slowly, we began to go over details of my case. Christy Payne, Ramona's assistant, was extremely unhelpful and frequently gave me inaccurate information (I would go directly to the Social Security Administration website and find that she had given me false or contradictory info, or I would call the SSA directly and they would give me the correct info). When I would tell her what I found, she was very condescending and dismissive towards me, claiming that I was mistaken. Christy even requested I bring paperwork directly to her because she could not figure out how to print documents I emailed her- even though she admitted she could access them just fine on her computer! Christy's rude behavior to me felt quite demeaning. I knew I was wasting my time with someone who could be so belittling to a person who genuinely needed help. I am very relieved to not be working with them. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and a complete waste of energy & time.

I would give zero stars if possible, they recommended me to wait until she took my case and then would not request the records needed when it would be free to them. Ramona's office told me to pay for them then bring them to her. She told the front office to tell me she was very interested in my case and then they would not do the follow up needed. I wasted 6 months trying to dedicate myself to doing what I needed despite being disabled and overwhelmed and all I got was the front office interrupting me and telling me to find another lawyer since I was upset with being thrown under the rug. I will be finding someone else, if I'm going to pay to be just another number then I will go to some place that will at least get the job done.
