Honestly I could not be more surprised or happier. Ive used Eric three or four times over the course of my life and he is down to earth, straight forward and gets things done. I had my sentencing today on a recent case and it went way better than I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who is in need of counsel to contact Mr. Kidwell.

I came to Eric for help as a LCM. I am moving to Hawaii and I presented a parenting plan that was fair to all sides. My plan gave my son the same amount of time with his dad and extended family as he does now and the same amount of time with his only siblings and mother as he does now. and I provided undeniable evidence that my 5 yr. Old had been raised solely in my care and with his blood siblings his whole life. I showed that his father was a drug addict(who was fired by a doctor for his drug abuse), his father just this month at the age of 35 got his own apartments because he has lived off his parents his whole life. He never attendance his sons doctor apt.(I showed evidence to this) Or extra curricular activities or school conferences(2017 he attended pre-k). My son is now homeschooled with his two blood siblings and is suppose to be in kindergarden but because of homeschooling hes learning at a 1st grade level. I have never been a drug addict and have always attended all of my kids activities and my childern have always had their own rooms and a stable home. I am more educated then my ex. And Eric Kidwell recommended that this man be given custody. That my son be ripped away from his loving mother and only blood siblings and only see them 61days a year after he spends 200 days a year them now??? Plus his older sibling will be back on the main land at the only time he would be visiting. So my son would never see his big sister(whom again he spends everyday with) again. I thought this man was a decent man and was truly looking out for what was best for my son but I was wrong. Eric Kidwell got up on the stand and flat lied, he was asked why he questioned no children in my case and he said it was because none asked, then my attorney asked him to pull out my pre-op paper work and it read talk to older sister and i have an email where we communicated and I asked him to speak to my son, Eric didn't even do what the court asked by recommending holiday time and was shown in court as a liar on that as well, he had to read and testify that I wanted my ex to have fall brake, spring brake and x-mas break and summer. But then makes up a lie that I wanted my ex to sign his rights over( I never said that, that goes against everything I gave him and the court) but that is what my ex said and Eric was made to read that. Eric called my son's sisters his step sisters, he didn't pay attention at all during our session to even know that they were his blood siblings. Bottom line the judge didn't recommended Eric Kidwells recommendation, not even his second recommendation of shared custody. And I spoke to another lawyer and he Eric Kidwells MO is to recommended that the child of a move away case stay in Kansas in any move away case. So if you are trying to move with your child even if your the better do not pickp Eric as your LCM. Eric Kidwells recommendation was so bad it didn't even end up in the judges finale decision and Eric didn't even owe his mistakes we he was shown to be wrong. I hope this helps people. My I saying all this to worn anyone before they take him on as a LCM or lawyer. He is not a man of integrity and dignity.
