Don’t waste your time he yelled at me during my time of stress and told me to get another attorney. They just want your money.he was a white guy. Didn’t get his name but was not caring at all!!!!

I couldnt be happier with the decision I made when I hired Ken Swartz , I not only got a great attorney , I also got a great human being. Through my ordeal he always had time for me, I felt very contained.
He never ensured a result, he only promised me that he would deliver the best defense possible and that he did.

The BEST criminal defense attorney in South Florida!! I was sentenced 2 months ago in Federal Court, yet a couple days ago I was still receiving visits from my attorney, Ken Swartz, to make sure I was doing well and update me on pending issues. I never thought that I would consider a 4 year sentence as a blessing, but when reality hits and your facing the judge, his gavel, and nearly 20 years , 4 years is nothing short of a miracle. I must give the complete credit of which, to my attorney Ken.
Originally I was assigned a Public Defender, and unfortunately my case seemed to be drowned in a sea of litigation from the multitude of other cases the PD was swamped with, Most questions went unanswered, and all court appearances meant another attorney I didn’t know standing in.
