During my case one of my team members changed and the regular communication stopped. It took a while before the slack was picked up by a new team member. I still highly recommend this company.
Do not go in thinking they do all the paperwork for you. You are needed to provide them with information,, they can not do it alone. Also, understand things take time. It does not happen overnight. They are a great company and they really do care about their clients.

The experience there was good! I definitely recommend you to hire them. They work with you but the only reason I did not do a 5-star was because I feel as my case could have gotten done faster. Other than that they are great people and they will answer ANY questions you have. They really do work for you. I will definitely consider them again!

I was in a car accident about a year and a half ago that caused significant damage to my shoulder, resulting in surgery. After my first phone call with the insurance company of the driver at fault, I knew I would need a lawyer. I called Parrish DeVaughn's office and the process was not only stress free, but also easy.

There were times that I felt anxious about what was going on (just because I like to be in the know constantly), but every time I checked in with Nate (attorney) or Allie, they were happy to update me or answer any questions I had. They took care of EVERYTHING for me; including paying my medical bills, handling all of the paperwork, communicating to the other insurance company (most dreaded part of it all for me), and everything in between.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with how my case turned out and I can say with full confidence that they fought for me and did everything they could to get what I deserved.

They suck at what they are supposed to be good at. I had to do all the work to get my paperwork from surgery I had prior to my accident where I was stopped at a dead standstill in traffic and my car was hit in the rearend by someone with full coverage insurance. But after going to the Chiropractor for 2 months these lazy lawyers said I had to accept 500 to 1000 dollars or it would just sit on his desk until I did accept it. Needless to say I fired these lawyers. And I went with someone else who said they thought they could get me quite a bit more than that.

I was in an accident a while back and they did more than I could ever imagine. They got my medical bills taken care of along with the pain and suffering and lost wages I endured. I don't know what I would have ever done without Parrish Devaughn

This is the first time I have dealt with an attorney and I had heard stories and even jokes about attorneys having their own interests above client's. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, and honesty of Pepper, Mason and Emily, the three people I dealt with most often. The professionalism extended from Pepper to the young female receptionist, who answered "You're welcome" to every thank you I extended. I haven't heard this response from a young person in a long time. The honesty was evident when either of my two attorneys answered my multitude of questions, and in the final settlement. Mason Johnston even came to my home with the final settlement check and all of the paperwork associated with my case, accounting for every penny spent. This firm is extremely pleasant to deal with and I will not ever use another firm should a need arise for an attorney. I can recommend Parrish Devaughn to anyone!

They have an attorney Barrett Fuller that is very exceptional. He is very well educated yet has the morality, compassion and emphathy to really care about a person's situation and help them.
Also to get not just a decent basic settlement offer but Barrett goes beyond and far above what you would expect from any attorney and relates with you like a friend would.
I'm not sure about Pepper but I know that Barrett Fuller is AWESOME.

They do everything for you

I was recommended by a family friend and so far I am not too pleased. In the beginning everything seemed to be going okay, but for whatever reason things have slacked off over the last few months. From the lack communication, missed appointments with no explanation, or the constant rescheduling with things pertaining to a case without reason and when you ask why to hear “I’m not sure” and nothing else is not a good look. You want to feel like the people that are handing and communicating with you about your case actually care and that’s not something I feel. This process has become frustrating!

Very professional & friendly. Will come to your home to discuss your accident. Will fight to get you a fair amount. Will get you a large enough amount to cover your medical expenses and still put some in your pocket. Quick to answer by the phone everytime you call. Will explain the costs to you when they issue the check.

Horrible bunch of people. The one with the glasses is so very rude. I've said it many times he is evil. They also go thru the reviews and delete the ones that aren't favorable to them. Pepper called me once and told me he would help me get my check. That was a month ago. They don't return phone calls. They aren't professional. All they do is lie. Dont use this group go somewhere else. I will never say anything nice about this company ever. I had my wreck over a year ago. Stopped going to the Dr. in early April. It's now nearly Thansgiving. And they read these reviews and remove the ones they don't like...

**Long review*
This is my first time writing a review for anything or anyone. I was injured in December 2018, first serious accident ever. As a barber with a broken femur I knew that I was going to out of work for a long time. Thinking to myself what am I supposed to do... CALL PEPPER!!! From January 7th until October 3rd, I've been treated like a person instead of another"case". Myke and Larry were wonderful to work with. They kept in touch like they said. I lost my mother in December as well and Myke was so compassionate and sympathetic (I thank you so much for that)! I'm so pleased with the outcome of my case. They worked hard to get me compensated. I am very appreciative and grateful for your services. Finishing up in less than a year! Thank you all so much for everything!

Helped me to achieve treatment, therapy, & the end result obtained a settlement. Although it wasn't able to cover all that was lost as a result of my workers comp. Injury I was able to get back on my feet financially. I feel that my attorney did everything in her power to help me/obtain settlement. I agree with another reviewer. If you want to do all the work and get no communication this is your firm. From those problems to them losing paperwork and not knowing what is going on, please stay far far away. They seemed like a reputable firm so I went with them. BIG MISTAKE! Do not make the same mistake I did. And on top of that, the office manager was very rude to me, I believe her name was Venus. When I brought my concerns to her attention, she got defensive instead of apologizing or trying to remedy the situation. These people are being paid big money by us (their clients). They are supposed to be working for us. I should and would have fired them in the beginning if I had only known what was about to come. They definitely need some lessons on customer service and organization and like my Dad used to say they have too many irons in the fire!!
UPDATE: after reading my review, I received a personal call from Pepper from this law firm. He bent over backwards to make things right! I was very impressed with the way he jumped into handling my case personally himself and had my settlement check in my hand within hours! He wanted to make sure I would leave his firm happy and I must say that I absolutely did. While there were hiccups along the way with his staff he put in 1000% effort to make sure he turned those problems around and made the remedies to ensure I was happy with the resolution of my case. Although I was unhappy at first I would definitely recommend working with this law firm due to the integrity of Mr. Pepper in making sure his clients needs are met.

They worked an accident case involving my daughter and were 100% professional and courteous during the whole process!

I got hit by a car and shattered my leg. After speaking with several other attorneys who offered little help I came to Parrish DeVaughn. My experience with them and my attorney Larry has been overwhelmingly positive. They are great about keeping in touch and letting me know what’s going on with my case. They are easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of. This law firm was the bright spot during one of the most challenging times of my life. Everyone was incredibly kind and competent. Not only that, but the insurance company settled and I got paid! I would absolutely use them again if god forbid I needed to. If you’ve been injured in an accident, do yourself a favor and hire these guys!

Please don't fall for the commercial. My boyfriend was in an accident where he was at a stand still on the highway and got rear-ended by someone going 60mph. It was an air comfort solutions company van. He admitted he was texting and driving, so we definatedefelt like we would be compensated. Went to the clinic they suggested and also to the er the day it happened racked up medical bills. It took several months of playing phone tag and being talked to like we were in the wrong to finally get a 14,000 settlement . Well we also owe medical bills now because we were told that we could either keep the money or pay the medical bills. So basically we are coming out of pocket 18,000 in medical bills. Pepper wins but he doesn't care about his clients. We were told the commercials and the big settlements that were advertised we're people that lossed limbs or killed. Sad place please don't go here.
