Can't say enough about this firm! After a bad decision I was charged with a DUI. Scared and not sure what to do I contacted Hunsucker based on reviews. The team has been great always willing to help and answer questions. My criminal case is still in progress however Brian and team won the DPS case! This was a huge victory as losing my license would have been devastating as my job requires me to travel. 1 down 1 to go I will update after my criminal trial has concluded. Thank you!

I was in a place that I have never been before, I met with the Legal team from Hunsucker and everything same to be working in my direction. I have been dealing with Brian on my case with DPS, Brian has been very helpful, I get briefings and updates on my case with DPS. Although my case is still in process, but I feel and hopeful that I will have a better outcome. I will not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone. I think they are more concern with the client than the fees, I truly believe that this firm look at case more humanistic than others.

A class operation. John Hunsucker came highly recommended as an expert in DUI cases. He and his team delivered from start to finish. From the initial promptly returned call to the first meeting, every step of the process was professional and courteous. They were always informative and patient when answering any questions. Brian Morton handled the paperwork and processing with DPS. Rosa Silva replied to office matters and questions. Doug Baxter worked with Cleveland County on the sentencing. Of note, the judge and those working at the courthouse all interacted very favorably with Mr. Baxter. He showed them respect and they gave him respect. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an honest, caring, hard working attorney, who actually has a soul, to contact Angela Sonaggera. I really enjoyed working with her because she is so down-to-earth and normal.

I called her the day after my arrest and we spoke on the phone and got straight to work on my case. From that moment on, Angela handled everything for me. She instructed me on every facet of the process from start to finish. All I had to do was show up for the DMV classes and court dates. I basically just went on with my normal life from that point forward.

In addition to that, she saved me court costs and fines, and she will have the case expunged from my record for no added charge when the time comes (3 months).

Do your self a favor and hire a lawyer who is brilliant, polished and who actually gives a rip.
