My attorney at the present time is retiring before my case makes it to trial. He referred me to Morgan Ohara.. I called the office and explained my situation however my appointment was made with Charlie O'Hara. At that appointment.. which was shorter than the amount of time I sat in the waiting room. he tells me he can't guarantee who was taking my case however pay my retainer they'll pull my case File then they'll decide which attorney takes my case. I did not like that I want to know who is going to be taking my case not after you take my money I went elsewhere. Did not care for the way they decide which attorney takes your case especially when your current attorney is requesting Morgan from this office.

Went in for the free consultation for a criminal case felony charge the guy I spoke with kept saying we didn't know what the charge was even though I told him what I was charged with he also told me not to do any thing and it would most likely blow over I knew when I left this was the worst advise he could give me I do not recommend this law firm to any one

Don't waste your time. Morgan stated in a taped conversation she would represent but handed it off 2 days before court to an attorney that had too many clients and didn't even know why we were in court.

The girls at the desk have horrible customer service they are rude and snotty I would never go here based off of the first minute in the door

Had a federal offense charge in a county that the accuser (DA) was a cousin of the victim. This attorney never ask for a change of venue due to the biased & advised my son to waive a jury trial & take a plea deal due to the bias in this county. He is not worth the money, might as well be in court representing yourself.

Called from Colorado and talked to Chris about my son who was arrested in Salina. He said he would call me back. Never did even though I called and left more than one message. Unprofessional at best.

I hired Morgan for a family law case about a year ago and my experience wasn't great. Morgan appeared to be a decent attorney, however, when it was time to go to court, she was not the attorney that showed up to defend me. The office sent a different attorney because Morgan was unable to attend, which probably would have been okay, except the attorney they sent wasn't well-versed on my case. He was not only unprepared, but also nervous and dishelved during court. He tripped all over himself in front of the judge. So much to the point where the judge ended up turning to me for the answers to my own defense because he was confusing her. By the grace of God, the judge did end up ruling fairly in my particular case, but definitely not as a result of the stand-in attorney.
Also, this office will keep your retainer whether they end up doing anything for you or not. Even if the case is closed within a few days, or a case is never even opened. All retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE. Which may be standard at most law offices, not entirely sure.
My advice, however, is definitely don't jump the gun on hiring these guys to represent you unless you are positive you are going to need them. And then, MAKE SURE the attorney you met with in the consultation will be the same one representing you in court.

This is a terrible law firm I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The woman who answers the phone is very unhelpful and non willing to try to help and makes all the attorneys at this office seem very incompetent i would be very concerned using this firm there are way better ones out there that you can use.

Currently using Ohara law office. So far I have always been able to talk to a real person on the phone. My wife hired them while I was in jail and it has already paid off. They saved me 2500 in bond money right from the beginning. They are non judgemental. If your looking for the best attorney in kansas to represent you this one is worth the money. They made sure to be heard at the first appearance, which is rare. My case was hours from Thier offices and they have made the effort to represent me at every court date. Great attorney. Waiting to see final results but so far I'm impressed.

Well today is Friday May 22. **If you live in Kansas, no matter what part of Kansas and are in need of a attorney, Charlie O'Hara is your man. Even if you do not need one right now, put his number in your phone, memorize it. He saved my life. **He did the impossible that every other lawyer said they could not do. This man might as well be Jesus. Yesterday my case WAS FINISHED! Without Charlie O'hara I would be in prison for 108 months plus 18 months for intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school and use of a cell phone. I fired my first lawyer because well, he is an idiot and the DA refused any deals and basically said I was doing ten years. Today 6 months later after hiring Charlie ( sent from God ) I got everything put on diversion . Which means after time all charges will be dropped. The first lawyer I had I asked him about diversion and he said " that isn't even an option, so don't ask". Charlie had my charges dropped when no one else could, when EVERY OTHER LAWYER I CALLED and the ONE I FIRED SAID THAT it was, and is IMPOSSIBLE, BUT HE DID IT! He is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone. I respect this man to the fullest. And if you are reading this debating on hiring him, you would be an idiot not to, he is worth it. LISTEN to what he has to say. This man is brilliant! Hire him, he will safe your life! He saved mine when NO ONE ELSE COULD! Out of 1 to five stars. I rate him 1 billion stars ! Worth every cent.
