This Law firm has been absolutely amazing to me! Particularly Brianna Feerer-Huss. I reached out when I first came home to Albuquerque, researched Law firms and finally called Lynda Latta Law firm with my story. As much as Brianna wanted to help me, she couldn't because of jurisdiction reasons. But when I finally got jurisdiction I immediately called her back-months later (she remembered me!!) and she was on top of things from the get go. Yes they are a bit expensive...even more than my Hawaiian attorney but worth every single penny!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone at the firm is awesome and was very sensitive to my situation. I'm pleased, my mother was pleased and I was impressed with the way Brianna handled everything including when we went to court for my hearing. I got what I wanted in my divorce thanks to this firm!!!! I can't recommend them enough!

I particularly felt like her background as a child advocate was advantageous for my kids, and her guidance was helpful to me throughout the duration of my court case. It was a simple divorce. Wasctold it would take a few months and novmore than $4-5000. $8000 and 11 months later still waiting on courts. Lynda continued to try facilitation which was an additional $500. Seems like a game to rob poor people who can barely afford bills much less afford ridiculous amounts of money for a lawyer you trusted to keep costs down. Would not recommend. Ended up firing law firm for not getting the job done.

I would NEVER recommend Brianna. She dragged out a rather simple custody arrangement that resulted in 50/50 time sharing and tried to drain as much money as she could from the case. She pretended to she was looking out for the best interest of our son, but she was not. She is only after money. My ex-wife and I were charged over $15,000.00 for 4 months of work.

I would never recommend Brianna She charged for hours that she did not work. Brianna tried to drag out the case and pump out as much money as she could to a relatively easy case. She is a thief. NEVER go to her!!!!

The first attorney I tried to speak to was far to busy, and referred me to this firm, specifically Brianna (she's got so many reviews on here!)
Brianna was very straight forward with me, dealt with not only surprise complications, but was very helpful and understanding.

The only reason I gave 4 stars, really 4.5 stars, instead of 5 was to stand out from everyone else. Brianna was much more personable that my previous attorney experience. It just felt kind of weird to give yet another 5 star review - I'm not sure about anyone else, but too many perfect reviews can seem fake. But truly Brianna was awesome.

As an aside - I had a question where Brianna wasn't available, and another attorney sat down with me and explained things. Really good service.

After defending myself from FALSE claims Lynda Latta told me that "you are going to have to buy your freedom", followed by "sit down shut up ans sign this settlement, you have no choice if you do not the divorce gets worse."

Over the course of many years my ex distroyed evidence proving that I had done no wrong. The ex further claimed there was several hundred thousand dollars in hidden assest after we settled amicably with her taking over 60%. After spending $52K defending myself just so I could see our daughter what I can honestly say is that the lawyers made every possible outcome worse.

I never agreed with Lyndas course of action. Per her OWN emails she indicates I had been more than reasonable and responsive in all aspects of the divorce Lynda is just as frustrated as I am as the other side REFUSES to speak.

For the other parties refusal to act in good faith Lynda unilatereally acted on her own while I was in the bathroom.

At the conclusion of everything I was instructed to keep quiet and try to move on. People do not tell you to keep your mouth shut unless they are concerned that they did something wrong. I will no longer sit down and shut up.

One 30 minute telephone call and a 45 minute consultation cost me $700.00, Linda will steal your money if she gets the chance. Do not give her that chance. I gave her a check for $2500.00 to handle my child support case and was able to work things out with my son's mother, where she kept $700.00 plus some change. Call her if you want to pay nearly $700.00 an hour! I would sue her for my money back if I knew how. Worst experience ever with a lawyer and I am now seeking another for the same problem, God help me.
