Kent and his team are lazy and incompetent and tried to set up my family member, by not informing him he was no longer representing him. Even after this client called and spoke with Kent, he didn't even mention anything to him allowed him to go to court then got blind sided by the Judge informing that Kent was no longer representing.

Kent is spin-less and is also a cheater who had an affair on his ex-wife with the office assistant Rachel. So if your case have any infidelity going, this legal team won't care or have any empathy to you, will tell you to "get over it".

These people do not care about your case, and only care to do the bare minimum to make easy money. They will over charge you and hardly do any work or put effort into your case.

Doesn't actually do much and does the bare minimum in your case, just goes through the motions.

Won't send simple emails to other party to stop harassment from happening, instead will try to shame you on the issue. Won't call your witnesses if you have them lined up. Won't bring up any evidence against other party.

No communication and no real consultation of advice will be given. But will enjoy charging you monthly fees for not actually doing anything. So he can buy more houses and invest in his golf course in northern Colorado.

Better off going elsewhere to find someone and a team who will actually care on your behalf and care about the situation.

Will charge you for things that most lawyers won't, Got upset when I asked about the remaining balance of my retainer (over a thousand dollars) and then started sending be back dated invoices that not only depleted the 4k retainer, but then said that I also owed him an additional $700. Will absolutely find any way possible to squeeze every penny out of you. Charged me $155 to send me an email stating that he was going to prepare a notice to withdraw as my lawyer since the case was over, but then didn't actually do the paperwork till a year later.
