I am a therapist in private practice. I referred a client to Mr. Hacker. He was well versed in mental health issues, extremely well informed about the Social Security system and how to maneuver it. He was easily available and returned phone calls. He worked with my client to help ease her anxiety before her hearing, he explained what would happen and the questions she would be asked. He was "spot on"! I would definitely refer my clients to him in the future. By the way...we won our case and my client will be receiving her benefits! Thank you, Mr. Hacker!!

Mr. Hacker is one of the best choices I've made in my adult life. He is thorough in his research, and has incredible knowledge of law. I would recommend him to anyone!
Very impressive.

Michael worked diligently to ensure the slow and at times challenging process would be for me, more manageable and less stressful. He does exactly what he says he will. He is honest. He knows the process and the laws. He is quite brilliant. I loved his "laid back" and Bob Marley demeanor and style. Having an Attorney who wears Hawaiian shirts, beach shorts and sandals is refreshing while working through such a suit and tie system. Thank you, Michael~

Michael is great!! It's hard to find an attorney that will take cases for child survivor benefits here in Albuquerque. I didn't put my child's father on the birth certificate. Proving paternity was difficult without costly tests. He also knew my case wasn't going to bring in a large sum. However, he still took my case, and won it!!!! And for the previous review yes folks it perfectly legal that clients are to pay the sales taxes, and for the attorneys to get their pay from the back pay. Michael is genuinely here to help those get the benefits they deserve!!!!!
