One star is more than I got, the lawyer did nothing to stand up to a judge, pushed no evidence, nothing just decided to appeal, when the appeal was denied I never heard from the law firm again.
Dont use them, I don't care what the other reviews say go with someone else.

Horrible services, gave up on my case and didn't get my benefits.

They took my case immediately, because the probability of winning the case was certainly high...I was denied, and they wouldn't speak to me and literally locked me out of the office. Worst experience ever, I am still disabled and need SSDI, I worked for it! It's been 5 years since everything happened, and I will be disabled for the rest of my life....

This law firm took my case in 2013 and did file for an appeal. However, even though I called them every month for over a year, they were unaware that my appeal was denied 2013 until I told them in 2014. They claimed to have filed a second appeal but the social security office never received it, again even though I called this office every. single. month to ask for an update on my case. Ever. Single. Month they told me that they would call the social security office and get back to me. They never did. Now I have to start the process over again. With a different lawyer. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Worst experience of my life. For someone who is a disability attorney, he sure doesn't know how to respect those with medical conditions. After making several comments about my appearance and age (which I stupidly overlooked!), I was stood up three times by his assistant (yes THREE!) and when I voiced my dissatisfaction, he made passive aggressive comments about my "illness". I was furious. I felt trampled. So I called the State Disiplinary Board to try to get advice on how to best handle the situation. They volunteered to mediate, and the next thing I knew, I received a letter from my attorney, terminating the contract. It felt like retaliation. I was furious. He cost me thousands of dollars. I can't wait for justice to be served. I'm finally a little lighter on the anxiety and can handle this.
