I have worked with Will on several occasions over the years. His counsel has been invaluable to me and my business. He and his associate Tom have always gone above and beyond in helping me. Not only has Mr. Cook proven to be a great lawyer, but an equally great individual.

My husband and I used him many years ago to assist us while we were in the process of battling against Wells Fargo during the time when many people were losing their homes to ARMs. We, like many, were trying to get our home loan modified. It turns out that Will Cook, like many other men in his field, jumped on the band wagon and claimed to be lawyers that can assist you with saving your home. Will Cook is nothing more than a criminal lawyer that saw a way to earn a quick and easy buck by taking advantage of people in a desperate situation; and claimed to be a lawyer specializing in helping people with the loan modification program. In the end, he told us that no matter what we would lose our home. He told us it's better that they foreclose on us because then Wells Fargo gets kick backs from our "government". Such a scam!

I wish I could leave less than a one star review for Will Cook a.k.a a "lawyer". We were scammed by one lawyer before him that claimed to be able to assist us. This lawyer ended up being disbarred after stealing money from so many people. We learned out lesson the hard way and got ripped off by two lawyers and still ended up losing our home. Will Cook is nothing more than a criminal lawyer that saw a way to earn a quick and easy buck by taking advantage of people in a desperate situation, as did so many other lawyers and claimed to be a lawyer specializing in helping people with the loan modification program.

I have to say Will Cook is an amazing attorney and loves a good fight in court, he only charged me a flat fee and took my case to a jury trial and I never paid a cent more my case went for over a year and we won I found this lawyer through a friend who has used him for years as well I have only experienced great things with Will.
