We vetted several estate planning attorneys in the area before deciding on Ron Williams. We are very happy with our choice, Ron has the heart of a teacher, not the heart of a salesman. He took the time to explain and get things the way we wanted.He is very professional and his fees are quite reasonable. Quit putting off your estate plan, get it done, and use Ron to do it.

I would like to comment on Debi Hall's review. I have known this family for 6 decades. What this law firm has done to this family is unethical and borderline fraud. They should have never done a will for a man suffering from dementia. They never should have allowed this man to disinherit his wife, to give 2/3 of the estate to the oldest daughter. I believe that these attorneys should have consulted a physician to see if their client is mentally capable of doing his will without help from his family. I do not believe that this firm has the integrity to deal with older people wanting to do their will. Hopefully in probate these attorneys will be held accountable when all the facts come out. If you love your mother and father, please do not allow them to hire this firm.

For years, I had neglected personal estate planning but faced with a major heath issue and upcoming surgery, I decided "it is time". Despite very close time constraints prior to surgery, Ron consulted with me and produced all of the legal documents that I required both for my peace of mind and to ensure that my family would not suffer the legal nightmare of my passing away without a Will. Happily, everything went well and I now have in place a Last Will & Testament, Living Will, Healthcare POA, and all of the legal documents required by the medical professionals for my family to step in and have my end-of-life decisions fulfilled if/when it comes to that. Ron is extremely thorough, explains everything, and his work product has made me ask myself, "why did you wait so long?" I cannot recommend Ron Williams highly enough.

Included in that body of work are personal legal documents such as Healthcare POA's, Living Wills, etc as well as preparation of Trust documents for both Living Trusts and Irrevocable Trusts. Ron Williams has helped my family comply with the legal requirements after the death of both parents making the process "painless" due to his sound estate planning advice, commitment to his clients, and knowledge of the law. I hired Ron based on other people's reviews from this website to help me settle my brother's estate. All the reviews were true! Ron helped me find someone to clear his house, hire a Realtor and explained my part as Executor. He quickly filed papers for the court. I liked Ron's professional manner and how he handled my problems swiftly and calmly. The best thing I like about him is he always answers the phone himself and I can get in touch with him immediately. I am extremely grateful to him and would definitely hire him again.

We are parents of young children and wanted to be sure that we are fully protecting and providing for our kids whether with them or not.
