Honestly I would have put half a star but it doesn't let me. Definitely the worst attorney I have ever talked to. I had a $10 public defender who did way more for me then Mister Baca even tried to do. I definitely recommend you stay away from this attorney. He couldn't even remember my name or my case every time I went to see him. She will promise you so much and deliver nothing definitely a waste of money

Baca is a well seasoned lawyer with a great knowledge base. He's patient and speaks softly enough to keep you calm in a bad situation. Not too expensive either, all things considered. I do wish he would have spent more than the 30-45 min he did when we spoke upon the initial consultation. I do feel his Paralegals get the worst of it! Just remember kiddos, if you're calling this man, you're in a heap! He'll do good by you, but only to a point! So behave yourselves out there!

Told me exactly what to expect from the beginning. He's knowledgeable and a was at all my hearing despite the other reviews. They've worked with me more than they should have and I appreciate it. I highly recommend.

"Worthless" lawyer-never showed up to my hearings sent his side-kick lawyer instead. He will not go up to bat for you-dosen't care! Told me I didn't have a chance from the get go. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS IDIOT! DON'T BELIEVE THE BS YOU READ ON HIS WEBSITE.

Did a great job keeping in contact with me and moving the case along. He listens carefully to client questions and responds quickly. He was honest and upfront about where I stood in the case. I would highly recommend Dan Baca.

Quite possibly the worst lawyer you could possibly every hire. Nothing he says actually takes place when its time for action. He'll say its as simple as one thing and then will change everything as soon as you pay him (which he will have a big speech about how he's not gonna charge you what he usually would and how hes going to help you out) he will never be the one at any of your hearings, and will also not educate you on the lawyer that is even going to be there. He will make sure you walk into every court appearance complacently blind. One month before my trial I had to dismiss him as my lawyer and now am having to fight him and report him to the BAR association for dishonest conduct. His secretary is the most condescending human being I have ever met which is not a good trait for the secretly for any defense lawyer, even the worlds worst. If you are thinking of hiring Dan Baca, you might as well just plead guilty, it will save you time and money, and you'll probably wind up in jail if you hire him anyway.
