Jerry was very attentive to my case guiding me every step of the way. I would and have recommended him to family and friends with no complaints at all. Jerry McLaughlin is a great Attorney. He handled my custody case in 2010.
I was terrified because my ex husband spent 50,000 on some high powered Attorneys from Dallas. In the end I had nothing to worry about. Jerry was a rock star in the court room and in dealing with the Attorneys from Dallas.
We won and sent them packing back to Dallas with their tails between their legs!!

Jerry helped me with a custody modification so my daughter could come live with me. He tried to get it so we didn't have to go to court, but my ex was less than hard to work with. We ended up going to court and everything was settled without having to sit and make or listen to testimony. I really liked that he was able to talk to the judge and my ex's attorney so that I didn't have to. It was as stress free as it could have been, considering we were still at the courthouse. I suggest him all the time.
