I was rear ended by an SUV, May 2018. W/o a doubt the person who hit me folded my hood & denied it. Farmers (her insurance company) refused to properly fix my car and I felt that I would need on-going chiropractic treatment, which has helped me.
My case started out @ a $12,000 settlement, which I received about 10% of. It allowed me to get my car repaired and to pay back the money I borrowed for my co pays that had added up. Parnall Law suggested that I run everything thru my medical insurance. I am still seeing my Chiropractor, move regularly-not a reason for punishment in my case- and am cautious of my spine. Parnall Law tried to get me to sign a completion document on my case, but there is an outstanding bill, past due 5 months, in which LoveLace wants me to pay over $1,000 out of pocket because for some reason, the bill was not included in my settlement. I have full documentation, Pre authorization from my visit to my primary & a hand written note from Parnall Law telling me to go see a P T. It is effecting my credit.

They are the best. I was nerves at first because i had never been in this situation before and Parnall Law firm makes you feel like you are family. When you have a question even though i thought it may be a dumb question they explain so you can understand. They get the best results thwy can. They listen to what we say they are not there just to benefit them. They truely are there for you. God Bless all and thank you so much.

I called the law firm after being hit from behind. After speaking with a secretary? ( She answered the phone). She actually directed me to call another attorney. Really? I am stressed and injured so I called the attorney she had recommended and he was "busy having breakfast"...... Wow am I disillusioned and disappointed! In September of 2019 I found myself needing the services of a lawyer.

My case is done. I got some compensation for my injury. They don’t like to go to trial. Failed me on parts of my claim they don’t get paid a portion of but are required to handle.

The bottom line for the one star is having them take my case, then my attorney call me a liar and told me (they) don’t believe my injuries. Took the side of the insurance company against me on every argument.

Never forget for the firm it’s all about the Benjamin’s. I get that. But calling your client a liar is a no no.

No, I’m not confused, I know exactly who handled my case. I get it as I was told you “round table” cases to see how quick you can get resolution .

Instead of attacking me why not ask your attorneys if over the last year any of them told a client

“I don’t believe you”.

It was in writing. If I was told that then I am sure I am not alone. Devastating.

Very professional and caring staff, and were there to listen and understand. Jessica gave her all plus some, and never missed a beat, a call, and even checked in with us. Sheneille was upbeat, and on the ball. Both always took our calls, and unless they were in a meeting, never had to leave a message. Una worked her butt off. Staff is friendly. Started working with one attorney then got put with another attorney named Nick. Don’t trust that Nick did everything he could. Kept telling me that he couldn’t make more money on my claim than I did. Once we settled on the case after doctor bills I got $1 more than my attorney. Well, I’m from the UK and whilst travelling along the old Route 66 for my wife and I’s 20th wedding anniversary, i noticed a bill board “hurt call Burt”, we stayed at a hotel in Albuquerque NM, and planned a trip to Santa Fe, (which we enjoyed by the way,) on our trip back to our hotel, we were involved in an RTA, a 3rd party ran a red light and hit me full on at approx 50mph, we were treated by UNM their service was amazing too (But expensive comparing with the NHS in UK.) Upon my return to the uk i pursued my damages and remembered “hurt call Burt”, Parnall Law has been impeccable, from start to finish, although there were a few hiccups along the way, (mainly due to my personal vacation insurance.) Parnall law have been really patient and helped me secure my damage reimbursements, Thankyou so much to all of the team working on my case. Five stars all the way.
