Ena and her team of Professionals were extremely thorough in their evaluation and handling of my case. She was very detail oriented in what was a very complicated set of circumstances. At all times I felt confident in her expertise and guidance to get me through a tough battle. I would highly recommend this Law Firm to anyone needing help with employment issues. Thank you Ena, you certainly delivered.

Ena was very professional and responsive. Always gave us realistic advice. She is easily accessible and always looking out for her clients best interest. Highly recommended.
Excellent! Ms. Diaz is very knowledge in the area of employment law. I came to see her because my small business was sued by a former employee. This was the first time I had ever been exposed to the legal system. She explained the process and kept me informed of the status along the way. Also had the opportunity to see her in action at the courthouse. She was extremely prepared and presented the arguments in a very persuasive way. I can continue to call upon Ms. Diaz for any employment law issues that arise in my workplace. She is responsive and at all times, professional. I strongly recommend her.

Attorney Ena Diaz is a great lawyer!!! She has represented our business on several issues and we could not ask for a better attorney. She is knowledgeable, efficient and sincerely cares about her clients. If you are looking for an attorney with ethics, who will work hard for you and not back down, she is the one to call.

I just had the great displeasure of meeting this "professional". From the initial meet and greet her extreme casual attire, body language and tone of her voice was condescending and gave the appearance that she was annoyed to be there on a Friday afternoon. She did not have the appearance nor attitude of a professional with a new client that would ever warrant billing of $350.00 for an hour's consultation. I say these things from the perspective of being a Federal and Florida State Expert Witness in Interviewing and deal with truly "Professional Attorneys" weekly. After about 15 minutes into our conversation on the first of several possible legal issues, she clarified the first issue but maintained a severely condescending tone. Since there was more than one issue we STARTED to present the second issue. At this point her attitude really nose dived. She raised her voice, sat forward on to the edge of her chair and waived her arms. She implied we were doing something wrong by having a second issue. Then without hearing a complete explanation of this issue she said this issue was not important because "people do not seperate issues". So I asked the question then how do you deal with situation that have multiple issues? At this point she threw her arms in the air and sat back in her chair physically huffing and puffing telling us angrily to then continue. At this point I told her that her tone and body language was very rude and unprofessional. Now is when she got VERY angry. This attorney does not like her flaws being pointed out. At this point we decided she was not someone we would want representing or advising us on any matter much less a legal one. We stood up to leave explaining that we were done. She then physically grabbed our paperwork from the person I was with. I asked for our paperwork back, she physically and verbally refused to return our documents and proceeded to make copies. I told her that she is the most unprofessional Attorney I have ever met. She then verbally tresspassed me from her office and threatened to call the police on me. I asked for our documents and she refused again threatening to call the police. I can say with complete honesty that I in no way implied, expressed or communicated in any manner any type of threat. I was actually blown away by her attitude and actions. Not wanting to escalate the situation I was forced by this so-called attorney to leave the building. As I was leaving, upon her request, I asked her to bring us the paperwork at the front of the building where we were parked. She adamantly said NO. So we were forced to leave without our property. Now from my limited legal persepective this attorney did commit several criminal acts. First, she commit an assault by grabbing the paperwork from the rightful owner but this could also be viewed as a strong arm robbery. That would be determined by a State Attorney to decide. Second, she knowingly withheld the property of another or committed a Larceny. So if you are seeking legal services please remember how much she appreciates her clients. Do as we have and look else where.
