I am appalled that Mr. Mahre who was to represent my sister failed to inform her that she was giving up complete guardianship of her husband to his daughter who lives 300 miles away and does not fulfill the requirement to be legal guardian, and Mr. Mahre did not fight for her rights, instead he befriended the other party and made decision based on their conversations and billed my sister for conversation she had declined!
