unethical behavior

An absolute joke. He told his client if he had paid him he would've jumped hurdles for his defense but since he was assigned by the court, his hands were tied. Lied about appealing if found guilty at trial, had no defense ready, was high fiving the prosecution in court and allowed them to speak directly to the defendant off the record. An absolutely unethical lawyer. Did minimal research into a very serious charge and scared his client into accepting a deal for a crime he didn't commit. Disgusting and rude. I tried multiple times to give him information to help his defense and was repeatedly told to leave him alone. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE

Mr. Zickerman's knowledge of the law is impressive. His recommendations are spot on. He cares about your situation be it minor or major. Then he tops it all off with the appropriate dash of humor. Brilliant!!!

Adam and his office really are amazing! He took the time to reach out and make sure that I was aware of and understood everything going on with my case, and his staff always made sure that I had a response to any of the questions I had in a timely manner. I recommend Zickerman for a few reasons, one is that his staff is always in the office and I could call for questions. Another is that he was straight forward with what he thought the outcome would be - and he was accurate in describing the case. If you are looking for more than just a big firm, they are a great office to work with.

An absolute abomination; should be disbarred. Assigned to a criminal case and failed to contact his client for more than a year. Quoted as saying that his only duty to the client was "to meet with the county attorney and negotiate a plea deal." No interest in gathering information or defending the case. Did not return phone calls or emails. Positive reviews here are either from paying clients or friends. If he is assigned to your case, request a different attorney.

Adam has an old rattlesnake for a secretary. She'd be more suited as a junkyard dog chasing off intruders than answering the phone.

Really hard to reach out. Messed up the whole case. Did not hire him.

Spent more time on my bill than my case. Told 1.6 hours, charged 2.1 hours. Didn't show up to my pretrial. Didn't respond to emails. Him and his staff requested for the same document multiple times. Doesn't show up to his office when you are told.
