Expensive but worth it.

Wanted to talk with someone about a case that i had. within 30 seconds they wanted $200 for a consult. These small firms really need to take a more personal appraoch to business. Granted yes everyone wants to get paid, but take the time to hear people out before you ask for money!!! Its a big turn off for coustomers.

I had to set up a living trust this year and Tom LaCroix helped me through the whole process. He asked me some really important (and pretty tough) questions that I hadn't even thought about. He's obviously very experienced and knows what he's doing. So glad I used them :)

Amy Hand was supportive, professional, meticulous, and amazing in the courtroom (custody/divorce case Jan-Aug 2017). My being long distance for all but the hearings could have been a hurdle but Amy and her paralegal and staff made me feel connected throughout, and their warm and friendly support eased the stress of the long process. Let's start this review out with I have a very large family. I have seen many custody cases as well as I have had the "pleasure" of going through one prior to the current one Amy Hand is helping me through. Amy Hand and her office is the most thorough and helpful people you will find regarding legal advice and representation. They have always been very nice and professional. They always answer questions as well as follow up with the explanation making sure you understand. Prior to hiring Amy I was always under the impression that being the father in a custody case you always had no chance at getting anything. Upon working with Amy and her office they have proved me wrong. Everything has been going great and Amy is a fireball in court. Nothing gets past her and she's always on the ball.

Little bit of advice to anyone utilizing an attorney no matter who you choose, record everything regarding your case and provide ALL of it to your attorney. No matter how big or small you think it is, we as the non legal type don't know the significance of importance anything really is.

This law firm has worked with me & my businesses for over 35 years to my satisfaction. The entie staff is always most helpful & Tom is the ONLY attorney I have ever used that will ALWAYS return a phone call promptly. I have enjoyed receiving fair and honest pricing for their efforts. They are also not ambulance chasers using TV ads trying to get clients. They get their clients from referrals, honest hard work & results.

This was a joke. The attorney seemed like he didn't want to do any work. Seemed like we were beneath him.

I cannot say enough good things about Dan and Ashley. I went there with an emergency as a recommendation of multiple attorney friends. The staff as a whole were comforting and professional.

How else to describe Dan but professional, hard working and a pit bull when you need him. Tom handled my divorce. As the divorce progressed things became very complex. Tom keeps a steady hand, and is understanding of the stress that goes with a divorce.Tom was excellent helping me navigate through the process, and descions that needed to be made.

My wife and I have used LaCriox and Hand since 1998. We always received good legal advice and service form the whole team.

We have used the office for both personal family issues, tax questions and for two different businesses that we have owned. Tom has always been very direct in making sure we know the issues and the costs of a project.

He also has had to explain the "true" facts and why what we wanted could not happen, it is not easy to have to give bad news to a client. But Tom is very straight forwards.

Tom and Laurey have personally handled my custody case for almost 6 years. Each individuals case is unique. There are many factors that determine an outcome of a case. He and his team have been very accurate in expectations and consultations regarding my case. They never provided false hope or unrealistic expectations. They were very fair with their fees and provided reasoning behind their fees. If they felt a counter response was not needed they would discuss with me their reasoning and ask if I would like to proceed. Before court I was well prepared for what to expect during the hearing. In court I was represented well. The judge made the determination based on information presented from both sides.

For me, I had preconceived notions of what court was supposed to be(based on no previous experience; thanks movies). From beginning to end Tom and his team made sure I understood the reality of the court process and outcomes.
