My wife contacted this office for advice on my case. An automated email said Brent Martin would contact me. On the date and time of the call my wife and I waited for 2 hours after the time Mr. Martin was supost to call. I called and left a message. Monday came and I got a call from a very nice young lady. I assume a secretary or Mr. Martin's assistant. Regardless she arranged another time he was due to call me. No one called on the date or time. Very unprofessional.

The price was on point. Right as my case was ramping up his paralegal got really ill and was out of the office. From that point on it was difficult to get a timely response. On two occasion I was told I would receive a call but it never came. In the end when the case came about a week out, I did get a prep call. Mr. Martin seemed very prepared and the case went my way in then end. Other than the "no calls" I was pleased with the service.

Over charged, and was not prepared on day of closing, B Kidnay was a Joke at doing his job. Didn't even draft documents reused my drafted documents

He took my case and i signed an agreement he didnt even show up for the hearing it was a clear cut case i got hit by a person driving a very expensive car that person didnt care he hurt me and neither did this firm they only care about money

I don’t recommend brent Martin at all. I talked to this man over the phone and explained my case and He told me how much it would be and that he had no problem representing me. So I got the money together and the day I told his secretary I can meet and have the money for them they called me and told me they can no longer represent me. They denied me twice. For my hearing and my court. Was told he couldn’t represent me for my hearing and just my court. Then got a call that he can’t represent me at all. I don’t understand why he told me he would represent me and then just deny me as a client.

I would NOT recommend B Martin he is very unprofessional and he said he would help my daughter and she got the money and he said I cant help and now and hung up on her when she was asking questions. I guess if you are the right social status and have plenty of money they will take you as a client. Little people in town help make this community and not helping a young person to make their life better...shame on you all!!!
